First and last time here. The Dunkin up the street is so fast and efficient. This Dunkin is slow with poor customer service and management.OK, here we go!When I was pulling around the building to go through the drive-thru a woman cut me off and pulled right up to the menu board. I tapped my horn and said “Really?” In which she tells me to get over it. When I told her that society flows better when people follow the rules she proceeded to give me the finger and use profanity. When I said “Nice Language” she told me to “Eat her Ass”. When it was my turn to order, it was obvious that the order taker heard the conversation. I suggested that she make Stephanie go around the building. Not only did that not happen but when I came around the corner I saw them presumably laughing at me. I asked if she would think it was funny if someone cut in front of her and then people laughed about it? She said no as her and her manager continued to laugh. I probably could have spent $1,000 a year there and instead I won’t be back. I hope the laugh was worth it.
First time trying this new location, not pleased.I ordered a large sweet tea and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. I got a large sweet tea that tastes moldy and a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. I can’t eat sausage and I don’t have time to go get something else for breakfast before work. very disappointed.
My friend and I went there, and while they were nice, there were some problems. First, they forgot the bacon in my friend’s order and both her and my sandwiches looked like they had been reheated from a freezer or something. Then, I got a refresher and it legitimately tasted like sweat or something musty like that. Never going to this dunkin’ again.
Just opened and twice I’ve shown up 15-20m before close to be told they’re already done accepting orders. Drive to the one a mile away. They serve until close & more pleasant. People at this location are LAZY AF.
I'll give you a Dunkin' donuts with no dunkins and they will not use the travel cup and give you the price for the travel cup refill.
Placed an online order, got to work and found half my items were missing. No phone number listed online to call to follow-up on, and no receipt provided. I like getting in-and-out quickly, but the bunch of kids working were more focused on fooling around than getting my order right or even asking if I wanted napkins.
Good food and great coffee for good prices.

I’ve visited the location three times. The first time, a young man said “Good morning. Welcome to Burger King, oh I’m sorry I’m not awake yet”. I laughed and said no problem. But when I got to the window, I realized it was just a mess in there. There was only one car in the drive thru with me. They couldn’t get my order right.The second and third time were just as frustrating. With only 3 cars in line, I waited a very long time to place an order. The third time I went, they didn’t have any donuts available because there was no delivery. I was hopeful for this long awaited location. I regular the one in town. But going forward, I have no intention to come back to this location.
I had a big order that I ordered ahead of time. They told me it would be ready at a certain time and its was. They just finished at the pickup time so it would still be hot. It was a great pleasure doing business with this location. The food was good also.
