If I could have given zero stars for this service I would have. This is not the first time I have ordered from this location, but this by far was the worst order. Honestly, what I received was a joke. I ordered two bowls and they were beyond scarce in what was inside. In fact, the one bowl was essentially just some toppings, not really any rice or meat. The other bowl had very overcooked/burnt chicken. In addition the chips were stale. If I hadn't already been home I would have turned around to report this. Because this was no where near okay. Very disappointed and it makes me not want to order now from this location again

We loved it here at first but as reviews have said already, they decide to close early with no notice and WAY before the time it says online and on their door. We’ve gone here multiple times at 9pm since on their door and online it says they close at 10 DAILY. Never a problem and other families were there too. We walked in tonight, 9:05pm exactly, and a bunch of workers were standing around and said oh actually we closed at 9. Yet the doors weren’t locked, closing time was NOT changed online or on the door and another family behind us were trying to eat there too saying they knew it closed at 10. How is this just decided?

Not what I had expected! The hype about this chain made me think I was missing out; the reality is there was nothing outstanding there. Probably won’t return.Food was ok, a little unflavorful. I got a burrito bowel.... the new chicken , brown rice, pinto beans, etc. My friend got a burrito.Nothing bad, just nothing great either.

Today was my third and final shot at this location getting their act together and they failed once again. My burritos were HALF the size of ones I've had made at every other location. One was steak, which had a total of 5....FIVE pieces of steak on it! My very pregnant daughter was craving guacamole on hers but almost threw up looking how brown the guacamole was so she passed. Not to mention it's hit or miss as to how late they stay open! Sometimes it's 8, 9 or 10. Such a shame with the super convenient location.

Honestly, I love the Chipotle flavor and the food, but unfortunately the quality has gone down to the sewer. The steak bowl I got had more steak fat then steak. I don't know if this is a corporate thing where they get their meat or franchise level. Please bring the quality back. I'll give them another shot in a couple weeks to see if they improved if they don't I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Second time coming here and the food is not good, I wanted to try to give it another try but will not be coming back. They didn’t have any steak and I got the guacamole in my bowl and there was two large slices of avocado it wasn’t even mashed and the chips are stale. The workers need to be a little more passionate with their work or this place is going to continue to go down hill.Update: tried this Chipotle again and it was actually pretty decent! Definitely some improvement! The steak was pretty fatty tho but overall getting somewhat better.

If I was being honest, I had written this Chipotle off after visiting when it first opened. We have been back several times and the last 2 visits were among the best Chipotle I have ever had! They had everything, no more missing chips or veggies, the food was fresh & hot, and the employees were very friendly. I will say I order in person and not online, so I can't vouch for the online order situation, but this store has definitely improved to be our new go-to Chipotle.

This place is terrible. I ordered twice and the orders were very wrong. I ordered tonight for a family of six and half my order was missing. I tried to call but you cannot speak to anyone. The burrito bowls are also very terrible. They put half the amount of food on they should be did not put in the things we asked. Go to Casa Toro in coopersburg where the food is good and you can speak to live person!

Would like to give more stars, but they are constantly running out of food, it seems like there only open when they feel like working. Online ordering is a joke, it's either not available, or when it is available the food is cold, even when you show up 10 minutes before pick up time. For the money they charge for a meal, to what you get it's not worth it. Save your money and drive 10 minute north to Casa Toro in Coopersburg. For the same price you can have authentic Mexican food, and it's consistently good.
