My family was slightly disappointed at their meals. My salad (Cobb salad with grilled chicken) was good, but not great. The "toys" in the kids meal are really not very good. What happened to the great books or cards kids got even a few years ago? My husband was disappointed in his sandwich. I think next time we go out, we will just go to Panera.
Ok first time experience that I'm aware of. It was awesome. I've never met a group of employees at a fast food restaurant that were so polite. From the kid changing the batteries in the paper towel dispenser I'm mens room to the young lady giving us a complimentary dessert item because they were out of mac n cheese. In today's economy I hope the employer at this location realizes how good they have it with that group I'm just saying

It's been about 4 years since I've had an experience like that at a commercially owned food establishment. Short, sweet, simple, and present.Id like to thank mark. Older gentleman who made it known that he was alert and ready. I could tell by the way he engaged me that he was a guest satisfaction specialist.The interaction was so short, yet packed full of authenticity. Mark even asked about my home town chick-Fil-a in trexlertown.I hope mark can be given a chance at a corporate position in employee training. Just from my few moments of meeting him, I can tell he is a wealth of wisdom. His skills are being wasted stuck in 1 location.It goes without saying that positive management fosters this type of success, but. Mark absolutely took the cake home on this one1 last note I'd like to add. My order was made perfectly during lunch rush hour, amazing staff.

I travel for a living and I visit many Chick-fil-A restaurants, this one is by far my favorite. Thanks to all the staff, and management for remembering my name and making me feel at home when I visit.
Good food.Cheese and lettuce was half off the Sandwich but after some minor reconstruction the Sandwich was tasty.Service was quick and friendly.Parking lot was slightly confusing with lots of poles and ropes but still navigable, probably easier when the store is less busy.Overall positive, would recommend.
During the pandemic, they changed to a more streamlined drivethru system, which makes you wait time far less than it used to be. Don't be intimidated by a line around the corner, you'll be out of there pretty quick, with good food!
Hi Mike it's Wayne I just wanted too let you know that the chicken egg and cheese biscuit was very tasty thank you for the great service and very tasty food I will be back I also shared with the staff at the cold storage where I was picking up to try and send more business your way I have to get it when I can since we don't have one close to us in Lewisburg pa thanks again sincerely Wayne schock
What a meal. Never ever been disappointed with the food & the service (What a great staff/employees they have). These people are patient & friendly. They always work hard to make you happy & welcomed everytime you visit. Just like it should be. You're missing out on one of the best meals & friendly service a food service could possibly provide in these times that are strained.
