Ordered ahead... said it would be 20 min, got there at 35 min mark - was driving home from work and knew theyd likely run a little behind. Told it'd be another 10 minutes, then 5 minutes later said another 10 minutes. Basucalky, they started making it when i got there. I'm annoyed. I get home, open the bag and what a mess! The containers are soggy and there is sauce everywhere. This isn't the first time, but it's bow my last.
Had the worse service by a semi nice smart mouth waitress, Barbara. Ordered wings sauce on the side fried hard (so it takes longer) the wings came with sauce all over them (the manager was nice enough to remove them from the bill right away bc of) BUT as I began to eat them something was right BBW is serving spoiled chicken! The chicken smelled horrible! Today my body is feeling the effects of rotten chicken!!! My worst experience at a BBW!
I ordered brisket tacos… The freaking things are tiny… And they’re 12 bucks. It seems like the street tacos Are bigger and they cost half that. Not sure if they charge me six bucks for fries or what. Feels like I just got ripped off
When the group got there it a bunch of groups came in and it was understaffed. But our waitress was able to juggle multiple customers and be able to get our orders out at a reasonable time. Also, best burger I had in years. 11/10
Poor quality..today we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches for pick up...neither had a top bun.Wth?!?Chicken in sandwiches was hard and small likely freezer burnt chicken fingers...3rd time there in a row that quality was low..very poor...the rest of the food had substitutions without confirming and was just ok
They are great for takeout. They really take care of us as we need certain things gluten free. If you ask them to so the wings and fries gluten free they will make sure they don't go into mixed use fryers and ate protected from cross contamination.
The server was great! The food however was terrible. I had a brisket sandwich, the sauce was very sweet and the Cole slaw resembled slime, it wasn't even consistently chopped with big and fine chunks. Completely ruined what would have at least been a mediocre sandwich. The fries tasted like they were cooked at the dead sea for hours until they were completely overcooked on the outside and crispy in the inside, but so salty you'd be hard-pressed to notice. Definitely wouldn't eat there again.
This BWW location is as good as any other one I've been to; good service and good food. If you like B-dubs, you'll be totally happy with this location. I can't recommend enough that you avoid ordering from here via Uber Eats or Doordash or any of those services though; the drivers find a way to screw it up every single time. But that's not the restaurant's fault and every time I've dined in, I've had a great experience.
Very hit n miss here. Sometimes it's great and food is made well, service is fantastic. Other days it's terrible, food is terrible and sloppy and service is subpar..... Unfortunately you'll never know what your gonna get... Not reliable
It is amazing he plays is a restaurant and I didn't know that it's a very big place with lots of TVs to watch your favorite football games basketball the spa and all those other stuff you can come here with friends family really nice good customer service I would like to work there if I could lots of food choices and not Just wings of course you can dine in or take out or order online there's too many choices and you can get gift cards there to buy them the interior and this place is amazing and how they designed it is amazing they have bathrooms to it took a while for us to get our food but we got a lot of food so if you do get a lot of food know that it will take awhile to get their food is honestly amazing some foods are overrated and not as good as they seem but I would definitely go there again!
