My date and I went here last night after the movies and I really was impressed with the employees and the food. We got there around 9 PM and our bartender was very sweet and the food came out so fast and it was delicious! The bartender even told us about the drink specials and that was helpful to know what to order. All the employees seem like they have such a positive attitude and that they are concerned about putting the customer first. I really felt like I was in a very positive atmosphere and just wanted to let you all know that. This place is run very well and the food is delicious. So hats off to you guys and keep up the great work ?
I have been to this Applebee’s on several different occasions, and each time, I have had a terrible experience. The servers have no patience and never seem like they care about their job. One of the last times we came hear, Dan was our server. He completely rushed us, and gave us the bill in the middle of our meal when we still wanted to eat dessert. On top of that, the Fiesta Lime Chicken was disgusting. I was unable to eat it, and that’s rare for me. It tasted like ham that was bleached, and it was absolutely putrid. I also overheard him telling the table next to us about a prior table with a $200 dollar bill, who didn’t tip due to an air conditioner leak. That is completely absurd!! Tonight, I decided to give it another shot and our waitress was Tristen. She was also very impatient and didn’t seem at all considerate. She forgot about our asking, and would roll her eyes when we’d ask another server for it. Our steak that we specifically asked to be well done, was undercooked, and the manager came out to give it back to us, and so we asked her for steak sauce since our waitress forgot. The manager, then forgot and we had to ask ANOTHER waitress. By the time we got the sauce the food was cold. Tristin had no empathy for my pregnant sister who could only eat well done steak. Every time I eat there, something is wrong with the food, and I am just so genuinely disgusted that I will never be going there again. I 100% do NOT recommend. Don’t bother to attend this Applebee’s.
We went Friday night and had Brian as our server, which was an awful experience. He took our drink order and then didn’t come back for 10 minutes. After he took our order we received the appetizer and entrees at the same time. He rang in my quesadilla wrong and never rang in the side of fries. He also never checked on us so I couldn’t correct him until it was time to pay for the bill. The food was good but the service was very lacking and left us disappointed.
Lovely food - nice staff and open bar. I like to eat here :) Went with some friends - have a nice time.
Service was great. The quesadilla was good. The Berry Blast Mountain Dew reminds me of a blue raspberry snow cone.
Food is regular Applebees food but the staff is wonderful. Jessica H was my server tonight she was pleasant and went above and beyond shout out her.
Plate sizes are getting smaller and smaller every year here. Food is sometimes hot. Staff usually are very pleasant.
Dec 21st, 2021. Very busy. 7:30 PMWas just here for Gift Cards. Hosts & Server were helpful & friendly.However, a woman who appeared to be the Manager was unmasked talking to both staff & customers.Some servers had them under their masks under their noses.So if you want to dine or even pick up cards/food, staff are unmasked/have no mask policy.Another place to avoid for lack of basic Covid protocol & CDC guidance.
Orlando is the best!! He works the bar and all the tables in the bar area and always has a smile for you.
It's an Applebee's and its in Quakertown. I've been to a lot of Applebee's all across the country and this one holds it's own pretty well in the grand scheme of things. The service is always fast and friendly, and I've never had them mess up the food. You don't go to Applebee's for a Michelin Star dining experience but as long as you have your expectations set accordingly, this is a pretty good Applebee's.
