I like Wendy's food, and I was not disappointed. The person behind the counter was very helpful in teaching us how to order to save money. I am grateful for people that treat others with respect.
So happy with their service. I'm on keto and ordered a lettuce wrap Dave's double, I forgot to mention no ketchup. When I got my order, all condiments were on the side packets. They understood the assignment ????
Wow. The manager was so incredibly rude. I didnt want to give wendys my business. I watched her backtalk two elderly people in a row. This woman does not need to be in the food service industry and she should be removed immediately. Disgusted
Waited for a long time. When I finally got to the window the girl was very rude said nothing but the price and shut the window right away.Didnt apologize for the wait. Neither at the next window where I waited some more. Waited probably 15 minutes in line .Poor service for sure. Not pleased. FAST FOOD HUH!
The staff tends to be on the moody side during the late night hours. the food is always made well. could definitely work in customer service

Constantly messing up orders. Either missing items or totally incorrect. A Baconator should have more than a couple pieces of bacon. When you ask for Mayo, you should be able to see it. When you order a baked potato with sour cream and chives, those should come with it. When you order chicken nuggets, you should get them. Maybe you should hire people that can read and can put their phones down for 5 minutes.
Their $5 box is the most for the money and they have expanded the menu to include more value priced options and deals. The new chicken sandwiches are really good, also.
The last handful of times I've ordered here, the order has been wrong. It's really gone downhill in terms of attentive employees and good service.
