They have an amazing staff at this place the food is cooked great and they truly care about their customers at this Wendy's and I would absolutely recommend this place!
I went in and ordered their $5 meal I had to wait about 15 minutes even though there were only 2 people inside the building waiting. the service is extremely slow. It was my mistake that I tried to get ketchup out of the ketchup dispenser as it exploded all over the front of me and I had to go up to the counter to ask for napkins because there were none available in the dining room. My food finally came out and even though it was just freshly prepared, it was only lukewarm the French fries cold and soggy and so much grease on the hamburger bun that I wondered if they had put the Patty on the outside or the inside. Overall this is not a great Wendy's and I sure wouldn't recommend it for anybody going inside I can't give you any information on the drive-through.
I feel like someone should be concerned that the employees take so long to take an order you almost want to drive away ….and your the only car in the line. I work at a DT too and would be mad if my employees did this. Food was good though
Just close it and start over. The staff is ridiculously bad, the dining room is filthy. Just close it.I also want to add that they were not understaffed. There were people literally just standing around.
Worse Wendy's around! They constantly mess up orders and give absolutely no apology for it at all. This is the third time I asked for no ketchup/mayo and received ketchup on two of my items (on separate occasions). Come on. How hard is it to take a simple request of not adding a condiment to a flipping burger? They don't even repeat your order, show it on a screen, or even give you a receipt at this place! Will not be going to Wendy's again anytime soon, that is for sure.
The drive thru line was long and moved very slowly, but the spicy nuggets are the best!!
Came just before closing, so service was a bit slow. They appeared understaffed. But the food was hot, fresh, and right and the young man who waited on us was courteous.
This location has the worst staff, they’re always slow and habitually close 30 minutes to an hour before closing. I went there tonight and sat at the order screen for close to 2 minutes before I left, as I drive around the staff is standing around talking at the pick up window, they couldn’t even be bothered to tell me they were closed.
Literally the worst location in the area. They take WAY longer to fill the order once they receive it at the drive thru. Don't try to order ahead in the app to dave this time. It will take the money and the location will claim the order isn't there when you get there. Then tell you to wait to see if the order comes through later. Don't waste your time or money. Drive to the one across town.
Extremely Slow, took over a half hour to get the food after ordering and then after all of that, the order was incorrect and several items were missing. I’m sure being understaffed doesn’t help but they’re really struggling and losing lots of business as people will turn away due to the long line in the drive-through and dining room closed.
