Very beautiful ballroom. The parking lot could use an upgrade and pavement. It was rainy and puddles were an inconvenience for guests arriving nicely dressed.
My friend had her wedding in the Gatsby room. Staff was nice and attentive, and the venue is beautiful. My friends wedding coordinator changed a couple times due to maternity leave, and we ended up with Cassie on the wedding day. She was nice, helped direct well, and even ended up helping serve the food during dinner to get it out fast. The dinner was good, I loved my salmon, potatoes, and green beans. Others at my table didn't love their beef, and the portions seemed a little wonky, but no biggie. Would recommend to others.
Horrible wedding venue. They charged us for wedding services that were never provided, like an extra 500$ for hearters that didn't work when they guaranteed us they would. The heaters were actually spweing out propane gas in to a room full of wedding guest. The owner and wedding coordinators lied several times, and would not answer emails or refund us. The food we asked if they could make one of the dishes a little less salty, out of spit they removed all salt and poured on the pepper. All of our guest got sick because of the non working heaters and thought the food was disgusting since it tasted like straight pepper.
I was there for Bandapalooza. What an Excellent time we had! The music was Awesome and the people we met were friendly and outgoing. A must if you've never been!
Was there for a fundraiser event. The food was delicious and staff was kind . Beautiful atmosphere. Had a great time !!
Cheff was spiteful, ruined the beef made the gravey super spicy because the bride asked for less salt at the sampling and it turned up at the wedding with really spicy brown gravy..
Miss information- restaurant is closed to public for dinners. Only open for weddings. Had a wedding there and it was awesome. Miss information
I stumbled upon Sunnybrook Ballroom by accident when hunting for wedding venues! Right from start to end they had been nothing but AMAZING! Jo Anne was great and then she handed it over to Brittany and she really made our experience awesome! Her personality just fit us and made the day go perfectly. The servers and wait staff at Sunnybrook were so nice and so much fun! I wish I could live every single moment all over again with Sunnybrook!!
Attended a friend's 41 class reunion here. The food was out of this world and the service was excellent. Everything including the restrooms was exceptionally clean.
such a great venue, as a vendor it's always great to work with the staff and my customers love the food and everything about the venue.
