I went here over the weekend on break from work. Nobody knew what they were doing. My order was wrong. There was no professionalism. I mean I know it’s Popeyes but come on. I didn’t eat my food. I asked for a refund and the new manager said I’d have to call my card to get a refund. I told her no that’s not true. She was lost and confused and so were all the young people giving and taking the order.
Not worth the aggravation.Every single time we go through the drive through something is missing.Last time it was 2 apple pies. This time one of the orders was missing a biscuitPerson at drive thru was ordering my meal for me I repeatedly had to say what I wanted.Place needs a complete redo on staff that cares.
Awful customer service. They're sluggish, rude, and Irrational. One time at the drive thru, we were trying to order food and during the order, they kept switching which led to confusion, slow pace, and a missed order that they'd caused. They then blame us for holding up the line when it's them for not doing the order properly due to their constant switching. Also the workers don't take their job seriously where they would dance and mess around. The food was "good" but If you want Popeyes with great customer service, dont go to this place until they are properly trained and polite. Horrible experience....
The last 4 times i visited this location, they forgot at least 1 item in each order. Sometimes multiple items are missing or are wrong. You need to check your bags before leaving.Most of the time they make you pull around front, wait 15 minutes and still forget items. Not worth pulling back in line to wait another 15 minutes to receive your full order... Hence why I come here once every other month.
This place has THEEEE WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. I go through the drive thru and I hear the employee say, “you can place your order when you are ready…”. Great right?! NO… I ask for the fish sandwich meal the employee quickly responds with a snappy tone and says,” We don’t have any sandwich meals today would you like to order something else?” I say ok that’s fine can I have the 8 piece family meal. She says, “ we don’t have thighs and breast so you can only get wings and drums” I said ok what do you have on the menu available so I can choose from that instead of picking something I actually want and it’s not available. She gets a bigger attitude and says mam we have everything except for what I just said…I immediately went off on her. I said how am I supposed to know what’s available and what I ordered wasn’t available so it’s your job to make it known to me when I ask but you are catching an attitude with me for asking you what is available?! She then goes to say you keep asking me for things we don’t have and I told you that already. I gave up and just went to the window because at that point I didn’t even want anything anymore and wanted to speak to a manager… low and behold this girl was the manager…needless to say I won’t be going to that Popeyes anymore. The place looks dirty and the workers lack customer service and communication skills.
Busy place! Wait in drive- thru was worth it. Ordered the shrimp and chicken box. Bothering served hot and very crispy. Coleslaw is excellent.
Went to Popeyes for the first time in a long time on March 9 the food was actually very good and fresh! I went back March13th to find out that the reason everything was Better was because they have a new GM Turron who is making a difference, he cares and I personally had the pleasure of speaking to him and let him know about my great experience. I went home and ate the food was delicious! So everyone that has had a bad experience in the past go give them another try! Things are new and Better there is all new staff and they have been properly trained and even have a smile on their faces with great customer service!
Every time I order food here, it's wrong. I used to work in fast food, it's not that difficult to double check orders. I let the first time or two slide, but this place is a joke. Double check your orders because lord knows they don't.
Never had a problem with this location despite it looking very rundown. I come a few times a year. Orders are usually accurate which is good because it's drive thru only as of now. Best fried chicken sandwich out of any fast food restaurant. I'm mad though that they removed the Mac and cheese as a regular side so now you have to pay extra for it
4 times in a row - order missing items, last incident - I should've double checked my almost $100 order.... my full family meal with several additional items --- did not include a single chicken breast in the "bucket". There were literally 7 thighs but not a single piece of white meat breast, also missing 3 pies. Never going back... 4x in a row? Yeah nah, definitely not returning.
