Terrible terrible food and service.Buffalo chicken pizza dry flavorless chicken.No dipping sauce for cheese bread sticks.FORGOT THE WINGS I PAID FOR!!HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR OVER 50.00 IN FOOD.Don't know if door dash or store are never made lost wings
Placed a pick up order at 9:20 was able to pick it up and home by 9:45 so that quickness was great. The pizza was okay, as good as you’d expect Pizza Hut to be, I definitely enjoy Pizza Hut better than dominos by far. We ordered the dinner box, which is two pizzas, breadsticks we got the cheese sticks and MILD wings. Idk they they were we’re supposed to be boneless or bone in but we got boneless. I prefer boneless anyways so I didn’t mind that but we ordered mild as we always do because my boyfriend isn’t a huge fan of spice but he enjoys a bit so we always get the same flavor. The wings came super dry and they didn’t even put the correct sauce on it. Instead of mild they put sweet chili. I won’t lie, it wasn’t bad I’ve never had it but it’s not what we asked for. I understand it was the end of the night but we asked for something easy, if they would have just payed a little more attention that would have been better.
They put the wrong name on my order. 45 min instead of the 30 I was told. Was not offered the promo for 24.99 instead I was charged 35 for less food.
I originally tried to do a survey but could not locate the survey code on receipt with that being said i would like to give a shout-out to Brian over at Pizza Hut. Brian who worked front desk on 1/12/22 is a perfect example when it comes to displaying customer service and did a great job with representing Pizza Hut. If I was able to promote him to a higher position I would if undercover boss sees this pay him a visit you wouldn’t be disappointed. Thanks Brian for your service and congratulating me on welcoming a new born I look forward to ordering pizza from this location again.

I truly love & respect the ppl at this Pizza Hut!! No matter how busy they are my food has ALWAYS been right, hot, and tastes great!! And yes having ur food order right is the goal, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE they express is beyond measure!! They have always been nice, kind, and jus absolutely amazin!! I thank each of them individually for jus bein a great person...GOD BLESS them and everyone else!! Thank u!!???1
