We started ordering from Mikes about a month ago, absolutely satisfied. It is the only place in the area that is so clean, very busy which is a good sign, employees are friendly, food is absolutely very good! The portions are huge and the selection is great! Love the different tots! We have ordered numerous times and have been very happy each time. Only downfall was I signed up for the VIP Club and never recieved my $10.00 off a purchase of 20 or 30 I can’t remember, I entered my phone number and email but never received a coupon, so I called and the girl was very nice she said just mention when you order and she will give you $5.00 off. I kinda wish it was $10.00 like what is advertised for signing up. But all and all Great place!
Ordered 1 pizza at 11:24 and payed with card. 11:45 they call back saying they need to run my card again. 12:20 I call asking about my order, says it should be there any minute. 12:56 pizza arrives luke warm. Horrible service and rude staff. ? I'd rather eat at the local soup kitchen
Beware of taco pizza! Website does not tell you it has buffalo sauce on it. We ordered this for family dinner tonight and nobody could eat it bc it was to spicy. Website says meat, cheese, onions, lettuce, sour cream and tomato. Had I known it would have buffalo sauce on it I would not have ordered it. We called to ask why their was sauce and they didn't care that we couldn't eat it, wasn't much of a consern and they didn't do anything for us to right the problem.
Ordered last night thru Doordash. Pizza and Lasagna. Pizza was good. Lasagna was awful. It came in a metal container with a plastic top (pretty standard) as we opened the bag everything was covered in grease. We opened the lasagne container and found it was a greasy mess, the entire top was a layer of grease. We tried to get it out of the container onto a plate and it just fell apart. The meat was awful looking, gray and greasy. Hint, brown and drain the meat before putting it in the Lasagna. This looked like a sorry microwaved excuse for Lasagna. How could you send something like this out? It went into the trash and my wife ate a bowl of raisin bran instead.
My husband purchased fundraiser tickets from someone at work. I love a business that supports the community! I’ll be honest, we had never heard of Mike’s Brick Oven Pizza… we only ordered from there because of the fundraising tickets. The person who answered was lovely to speak with. Personable.. listened to the order - (6) items… repeated it back to me as requested. I read the reviews about the orders being messed up & yes, I was worried. My husband picked the order up. They weren’t too thrilled about us using only fundraising tickets for the food but we paid for them too so what’s the difference?! He brought the food home - we live 45 minutes away. Hoagies & pizza were PERFECT! Like PERFECT. Those of you who wrote bad reviews need to try again because the pizza was the best that I have ever had. We will try this place again and again.. all because of fundraising tickets. Mike’s Brick oven pizza.. thank you for supporting the community and thank you for dinner tonight. It was PERFECT!!
As I have ordered here before with no complaint, this time very disappointed. Ordered a Sicilian pizza, apparently they like to heavily saturate with garlic. We ordered extra cheese looked like American cheese was used as extra cheese, Worst Sicilian we ever had, It was so overpowering with garlic we couldn't eat. So threw away.I suppose someone who likes a lot of garlic might enjoy, we on the other hand did not. May order other food but will never order a Sicilian pizza again.
Just got our order (through GrubHub) really disappointed. Ordered the Italian sub on a gluten free roll, and one for my daughter on a GF roll as part of a large order. (Over $100) apparently they were out of GF rolls. But they charged us an extra $3.49 for them any way. And then put all of the insides of the sandwich in a "to-go" tin. Never called to see if we wanted something different, never reached out to us at all. Just, bang here is your "sandwich" in a tin. Also didn't send a complete order. No sign of the poppers, no forks or plates that we asked for, no customer care at all. When I called to explain the issues, the manager was too busy to speak with me... The guy on the phone offered a credit, or to make the two sandwiches on a regular roll... Sorry, but no! I have Celiac and can't eat your regular roll. Probably not going to order from these guys again!!!!
The food was amazing and came fairly quickly even though the snow made it difficult. We will definitely be ordering again soon!! Can not be happier!!
Best Pizza and hoagies in the area. I especially love the specials. They also give back to the community. I highly recommend them.
Sorry to say. I'm not impressed with the garlic bread cheesesteak. Medium was supposed to be extra cheese. Meat was lacking as the extra cheese. Flavor was good. Not worth 12.40 for a medium...?
