What had become if the McDonald's I knew as a child it seems as though it has gone through a midlife crisis and is now wearing prescription shoes to replace Ronalds big red shoes and sensible clothing instead of the yellow and red romper why must they take the fun out of the experience if you are gonna feed us food that isn't good food at least let us have some fun ingesting this poison that Ray Kroc people call good food.
Was great, able to get breakfast at 1045am!! And I hope Patricia didn't get in trouble, she's a good worker.
I’ve never had a problem with this location. My order is consistently correct, whether eating in, using the drive through, or ordering via DoorDash. The staff are mostly friendly and the service is prompt. Oh, and property is well maintained, inside and out.
Failed to pack my drive through order right. I called once I realized it when i was already home and they asked if I would like to go back and pick it up (as if I had any other choice). I picked it up, no courtesy apple pie or fries.. nothing.
Why do people still eat here? Even if you wanted to eat healthy here you can't because they took away the salad options. Gross. If I could give negative stars I would.
They tried to give me the wrong burger at the drive through, I called it to there attention, they brought the burger back in and handed me a bag , when I got home I realized they just gave me the same burger again!!! Worthless employees
This McDonald's on E. High st is consistently good. Miss Bonnie is delightful, I think she came with the building, because it seems she's been there for at least 10 years or more.
Clean, fast, orders are always right, found alot of deals on the McDonald's app I was able to use one to save some money, play place is still closed wonder if they will ever reopen it.
Our order through the drive through was slightly wrong due to younger training employees (which is understanding). Heather one of the employees actually took her time while on her break to get our order fixed immediately. She was super kind and definitely went out her way. She is a great example of an EXCELLENT employee.The manager on duty (12/21/21 @ 7:00) was kind enough to come out and apologize to us and made sure our order was fixed and food was hot.Thank you guys!
The Donald's are still working with Good food after all these years.
