This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and I will say their sweet chili wings are the best and they are the tiny ones which are so hard to find these days. their cheese stinks are amazing I ordered a 12 inch cheesesteak with raw and cooked onions lights sauce and American cheese and Mayo on the bread. It was absolutely amazing the mozzarella sticks as well were great. I’m personally not a fan of blue cheese but they’re blue cheese is the best I’ve tasted I am now a fan.

Get. Their Dang. Skillet! I got their "Everything But" skillet, and I had no idea that putting chipped beef over all the Good Things wide name it taste even Better! Next time I'm definitely trying the Meat Lovers skillet, but the food was so delicious, I'm definitely coming back. I don't care that I live 30 minutes away. If we are breakfast buddies, I'm definitely taking you to this place one day, if you have never been here before.
The food was great as always. However, the driver banged on my front door relentlessly when he arrived. We have a door bell? Isn’t that what it’s for? My kids ended up crying because they thought somebody was trying to break in. Please ring the door bell when delivering. There is a reason it exists.
The food was awesome! Our waitress was great! Very attentive, patient (we had 4 kids with us) and funny! The kids meals were bigger than I had imagined! I had ordered a large pizza in case the kids were still hungry but they struggled finishing their meals. I had a slice of pizza after eating a burger (which was so good) and the pizza was delicious!
I had the cheesesteak with American cheese, caramelized onions, sauce and mayo. The sandwich overall tasted good but I didn't like that the sandwich was to wet and it would break at the bottom so the meat ends up falling out. Good tasting but messy you then end up eating with fork. Steak fries were good and so was the pizza, delicious!! I had pics but don't know what happened to them.
Food is decent but much better elsewhere.ordered plain pizza and dozen wings. Pizza was okay but not far from a frozen pizza. Wings were extremely small and would never order again. $31 for 12 wings and a plain pizza - NO THANKS!
So I've been to Ice House many times over the last 15 years. In that amount of time I have watched the service go from wonderful to just a little bit above poor. Tonight I place an order, given it is snowing but I was told that I could place an order for pickup. We called once and decided since they wouldn't deliver that we would just wait till another day. However right after that my wife and I decided it would be fun to get out in the snow. So we place the order and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. We put our shoes on jackets went outside clean off the car and made the 5-minute trip down the road. When we got there the lady that I guess was watching the door was a real nasty well you know. She told us that there were no more orders. I would suggest if you have somewhere else to go from now on that you do. ?
I have ordered well over 20+ times (as I personally hate cooking) and Ice House is my go to for delivery. Food, service, and delivery time has been the best and consistent. There was one hiccup with a order and instantly they dropped the item off. Incredible service that can't be beat!
I have eaten here for several years. This was probably our last time. The food used to be outstanding but it is just not the same. The prices are insane for the quality being average. Really disappointed.
