We discovered this place a few years ago and have had continuous great food and service. This evening we had a fairly large order and discovered one of the sandwiches was forgotten, once we got home. I called to let them know, and it sounded like they had the sandwich right there. They offered to delivered it to my house and were there within 10 minutes! This was a nice gesture to go the extra mile on a busy Saturday dinner rush. 5 stars all around.

Very disappointed with the food we got today. Our fries are oil soaked, wayyyyy overdone! So much oil that it squeezes out in your fingers. I don't understand why that's acceptable to a business to give customers food like this! People work hard for their money and I'm trying to support local businesses. Asked for fried onions for our cheesesteak and they were almost raw. Thankfully I asked for them on the side because we had to fry them ourselves. The people who work there are friendly..... that's never an issue. But take some pride in what you serve your customers if you want them to return!!

Very friendly people, great food at a reasonable price. Nice atmosphere and love that they take there time making the food. The reasonable wait for the food is so worth it. I definitely recommend eating here.

HG Palermo’s feels warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in through their doors. You can taste the love in the cooking!! I love this place!
