I just walked in and ordered the hummus toast. When I got in my car, I opened the box and saw that there was a cheap amount of hummus on it with no seasoning or tomatoes (even though it’s supposed to come with both). I went back in and asked for all of the toppings and the guy working decided to work on other orders that just came in instead of mine which was served incorrectly. When he finally did it correctly and handed it back, no apologies were given as if it was my fault for not saying I want the toppings that the menu says comes with the toast.
Went to this particular Dunkin Donuts at 9:45 am on a Wednesday. There was no other customers in the place and four visible employees, one who looked like she was on break. The first thing I heard was the employee who was making the sandwiches say “Every time I tried to eat something, someone else comes in.” I wrote it down right away so I would get the words right.The other two employees who were “working” were texting on their personal phones. The one was rubbing her hair with her bare hand. Didn’t see gloves being used.
They close early. There is no phone number.
Good coffee but it needs more employees to help.
Clean store, plastic barriers for cashiers and drive through. Mask required for those not vaccinated. Friendly staff, clean bathroom, quick service.
Not sure why I always try this place every few months. From slow order times to wrong orders, I honestly haven't had a good experience since the previous Manager? Left. She seemed to be the only one keeping this place running smoothly
Place mobile order ahead of time and still waited 10 minutes at the shop to get my order
New Dunkin' stop for me. Nice, clean shop with pleasant, efficient staff. The coffee, as always, is delicious.
Not a fan. Donuts ? are not fresh or made daily. Do not like coffee. So for me NO
That one stor is run by people who don't care.its awfull.most the time not a good selection and the products don't seem fresh.found another place and will go there from now on.
