I told the order taker that I didn't want a seeded bun, (medical issues) just the regular bun. She orders me the gluten free at an additional charge, which is not what I wanted. I received a packaged nasty gluten free bun with chicken, tomato and lettuce in a cup!! Not what I was ordering at all!! No more Pottstown location for me!! Royersford much better!
Just like every Chick-fil-A, great food! However, catering experience was less than stellar. All other Chick-fil-As that I have ordered from have called to confirm my order. This one did not, and when I called just to make sure my order was received, they were fairly rude, though did confirm my order. I then showed up and they were much more disorganized than I expected. Nevertheless, they provided all of the food and drinks. I may have forgotten to click that utensils were necessary. However, people make mistakes and I didn't appreciate the employee going out of her way to blame me. I take ownership for my mistakes and was very polite the entire time, just asking if I could possibly request utensils, regardless of why they were not already packaged up for us. There were also no sauces provided for my sandwiches. I have never had to request that before when ordering catering from other locations, but again, this restaurant informed me that they are not typically included. I even volunteered to pay extra for some sauces. With so many things that are not "typically" done at this Chick-Fil-A but are flawlessly executed at others, I'm starting to think this location is just not up to typical standard. I wasn't expecting them to provide me with a drink as I waited, help me carry bags to the car, or any of the excessively kind and pleasant things I've experienced when ordering catering from other locations. I just don't want an attitude and to have to haggle for a few sauces for all of my sandwiches and nuggets. As we left, the employee helping us was shouting something about needing to grow more arms. I assumed she was joking and quipped back , "I know, wouldn't that be the best" to which her completely frazzled and annoyed stare at me made it clear she was not joking. I will not be returning to this location. It was not a pleasant experience.
Yummy food. Always fresh. Employees arw always very happy, nice and seem to love their job!
LOVE IT!!! They were soooooo nice with my little boy. And before I give them my name to wait for the order to be ready, it was on my hands. Like really guys?! Thats the best, outstanding fast service ever ever. Thank you so very much!!!
So I'm not a trendy kinda guy, I shop where I like and I eat what I like, Really how many ways can you dress up a chicken, with all the hoopla you hear about chick fila I expected something more, the brownies were good
I work the Dining Room at Chick Fil A in Sanatoga. They have great Chicken Sandwiches, Salads, Wraps, and French Fries. Sodas, Sweet Tea, and Lemonade.
Always busy - but for good reasons. Delightful workers and multiple ways to order. I suggest ordering for pick up. You bypass the drive-through which will save you time and allow you to view all options!
Great service even though they completely messed up half my order...lol.Lines to long to go back to complain. Mistake was still tasty..lol, just not what was asked for.
Extremely busy. Long line. Drive through. Was talking to employee who was taking payments while waiting. Very pleasant fellow. Felt sorry for him because he was cold but he never complained. There around 6.
Excellent milkshake this time. No long hair in this one. The fries were more done, therefore crispy, hot and delicious!
