If there was a possibility of zero stars, I would gladly put that instead. I ordered ahead on the BK app and pulled up, only to sit and wait 20 minutes before someone opened the window and tried to give me the wrong order, then came back a second time trying to give me the same wrong order as the first time. When I showed them my order they took another 20 minutes at least to finally get it to me. Even then, they did not get it correct. Even after getting it wrong, no one seemed to care or apologize for the confusion. If you’re looking for fast food, this is certainly not fast, so don’t waste your time.
Very rude and dismissive and ignorant employees. noticed they forgot my sandwich after I pulled away, I pulled back around and informed them that it was missing and with a smug look on their faces they said "no we didn't, it was in there". And after basically arguing my case they said that the meats were just thrown out, so all they can give is 2 chocolate pies, the thing is that it was a more expensive double stacker king sandwich, so I asked for a refund and they said that the registers were already closed and they could give me the sandwich the next day, but I don't live anywhere near that location, so I accepted the 2 pies as to recoup some losses, but it's the service that was atrocious.
Slow and rude.After at least 10 minutes at the drive through without a peep from the speaker, I said “should I order through the window? Can you guys hear me? Hello?” Eventually someone said “Please wait, there are lots of DoorDash orders.” You could have told me that when I pulled up instead of making me wait. Also judging by the single customer standing in the lobby, they didn’t seem all that busy. I watched multiple cars behind me get out of line and leave.I was told to pull up to the first window. The first window was obviously closed. I pulled up to the second window and asked if I could use Apple Pay. The woman snickered at me like I was some kind of idiot and said I should have asked before I ordered. Like lady, do you think I don’t have other forms of payment?Once I received the food, it was fine, but I could have done without the 20 minutes wasted and snark.If I were the franchisee of this location, I’d be furious. The terrible staff here limit customer throughout (and sales) to a tenth of what they could be. That’s lost profit. And the few people that do manage to get their orders are left with a terrible impression of the location.Come on people, take pride in your work and get your stuff together.And if you’re craving BK, do yourself a favor and go to the High Street location.
How dare y’all have the drive thru open but refuse to take orders unless it’s DoorDash. Utterly disgraceful!!! I hope this location gets shut down. You do not deserve to be in business operating like this. We waited 20 mins in line just to be turned away. Disgusting!
I live closer to this one than the one on High st but I usually make the drive. Everytime I go they forget something in my order, over charge me, and/or are rude. Tonight I waited in line for over 20 minutes for them to tell me they "weren't doing impossible burgers because the line was top long and they needed to fill doordash orders before drive through". Absolutely ridiculous!
Staff is nice and they probably work hard since I've never waited in line too long even when there's a lot of cars.
I’ve been to this location 5 times now. Only once have they gotten my order correct. Even if you ask them to verify the order, which I do every time, the still get it very wrong. Quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant there is. It’s really embarrassing that they can only get your order right if you only order 1 dollar menu item; any more than that and you have at best a 30% chance of your order being right. Save your money, go anywhere else.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!... I used the app to preorder. I got to BK and the inside lobby is STILL closed, so no inside or curbside pickup. I went through the drive through and I Kid you Not... 1 hour and 20 minutes to wait... people were Very angry and frustrated with the service... I actually called while in line and the guy told me he was the only one there... that was a lie as I could see the person taking money, one at the p/u window and at least 2 making food... they actually passed me my food through the pay window and I had to squeeze my way out of line... and then... yes my order was Wrong... diet drink, incorrect burger and something that was a hybrid of fries, chicken fries and onion rings.. all cold... Very Disappointing...
