Very nice and quiet place. Employees are very professional and courteous. Food, as always, was delicious!
I tell no lies...Recently I have been eating there faithfully for at least 6 out of 7 days. I do want to say though 2 out of 3 times I got the steamed vegetables, twice the carrots were pretty much raw and one of those times it was a huge end piece that had some stem and dirt on it.
Noon and I went here and we waited forever while the car in front of us had some other "business" to take care of. When we finally went to order, the little boy told us they were out of everything. The only item left on the menu that night was a big steaming bowl of sass. That little boy needs to shave those whiskers and learn a thing or two about how this works.
The manager was trying to do everybody's job instead of letting them do it. He got our order wrong we told him 3 times what we wanted. When we were eating I heard him say to one of the other employees that we were rude and he stayed calm through the whole thing. I will never go back here again.
I ordered the family turkey meal with mashed potatoes, caesar salad, mixed veggies and mac and cheese for 4. Service was excellent and food was delicious. The store in Pottstown did not have the salad but doubled the mac and cheese instead. That was a bit of a disappointment. However, it still was delicious. Will order again.
I went here a few days ago. I was the only one at the drive through, and was told I would be helped in a few minutes.Nearly fifteen minutes later, as I was about to drive off, an employee finally asked to take our order. I tried to order the potpies but they were out, so I tried to order the meatloaf, which they were out off. But they had chicken so I went with that.Ordering sides, became a new nightmare. They were out of the chicken soup, and one potato product after another until the employee admitted they had no potato products in stock.After ordering my meal, I tried to order extra corn bread. The employee informed me they were out of cornbread. My meal was supposed to come with cornbread to begin with, so the employee was going to intentionally sell me a meal and not include all items.At that point I canceled my order and went elsewhere.I'm never going back.
Totally effed up my order. Only thing correct was the half chicken and rest of the meal was missing or wrong.
Seems like a clean place employees are nice...I can only give 3 star due to I was there for work (doordash) and just in general not a fan of the style of food.. sure I'd eat it..just can't go above 3 star
Worst location. 3rd time in a row they were out of chicken. Really... its a chicken spot. Horrible customer service. Never again.
The experience was fantastic because of the personal customer service!The manager and his team strive for relationships, and it shows in how they treat their customers!Great work!
