I got food poisoning about an hour after eating there, I was sick for two weeks! I had to go to the doctor, twice, I now have $1,500 in medical bills they are refusing to pay??never eat here. They are filthy !!! And Nehemiah customer service is horrible!!please save yourself sickness and never eat here!!!!

I went inside as the drive through was very busy... the regular roast beef sandwich was okay, but this location has cut the meat differently (much thicker) than normal and then the actually Folded it to fit the bun. The curly fries were okay and only warm... I really expected them to be hot as I walked in... overall, I don't think I will be back to this location.. it's just not the way I remember an Arby's sandwich and experience to be.

I love this place it reminds me of a gal I was involved with every time I look at their beef on the buns she sure had some beef curtains on her always look back fondly on the days gone by when I used to go face first in old Donna's beef curtains oh man now I sink into a beef and cheddar and it reminds me of old Donna's beef flaps good stuff good memories good times

There was a long line in drive thru however when I pulled up it took a long time to get food. Seems like they were playing around and laughing alot. Don't know if that contributed to delay or not but my daughter who was in car in front of me received 2 wrong sandwiches. They were not happy since they didn't like what they got.

Most other fastfood places really don't have great service. This one stands above them. Great service and great people working there!

One of the best Arby's around, food is always great and timely also there is a very happy and positive cashier that works there, always very pleasant when I go through.

Food was good , service was good . Dine in area was dirty, And we were the only ones in there . All tables needed cleaning

Ordered dinner thru the drive thru for my husband and I. When we got home half the food was missing from the bags. I’m only able to eat certain things so all I was left to eat was fries. I called to get a refund and was told (by a Tina) that I would need to drive all the way back to either pick up the food they forgot to include or get a refund. I’m pregnant and was not about to be inconvenienced for their mistake. I know refunds can be done over the phone.. This was one of our more frequented fast food spots will no longer be since they weren’t willing to take responsibility and just refund part of the order and didn’t value their customers time.I also put in a complaint online and was told I would get contacted by someone and never did. Plenty of other fast food places to enjoy. I wouldn’t recommend this one unless you plan on checking every bag before you leave instead of trusting people to do their job.

Natalie is the best drive thru person along with Latisha they are the best customer service associates at this best location even through it looks chaotic they are the best at getting the food out quickly this is the best location ever!

Drive thru workers are rude and slow. Made fun of my bf and told him he “talks white”. Food is good but gives me heartburn.
