Food was great! Unfortunately, not so much other service side. I understand that after 9pm, it can get crazy with l the teenagers, and separate bills. But our checks were a mess! And then to make a smart comment about us asking for separate checks in the beginning, there wouldn't have been any issues with our checks. There goes your tip sweetheart. Ordered food. Asked for no lettuce tomatoes or onions or pickel on the burger we ordered. The container says my order is correct. 86 was written next to all those items on the ticket that was ON TOP of the box. The food was complete incorrect and totally un-edible. The burger had every single on of those items on it. Not happy and nor where the kids.
Don’t go here. Service always sucks, but this time took the cake. If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in, the hostess tried sitting us at a table that already was occupied, then sat us at the next open seat. THREW the special menu at us, didn’t even get a drink menu or a real menu, and mumbled something that was inaudible and walked away. All while She kept running into people and seemed as if she was under the influence. Sat at the table upwards of 15 minutes without someone come to take our drink orders. We left and as we did, we were getting yelled at by the hostess.
I just ordered the Prime Rib Dipper from this Applebee's on Ubereats and let me tell you what, it's literally one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life. It's so good it's shocking it's even legal. The au just dipping sauce is heavenly and when paired with the Prime Rib sandwich, like, seriously, whoever's made this needs a promotion. 11/10, good job Applebee's!
The menu has items full of bacon chips and garlic.. 2 things I can't eat. The utensils were not given until partway into us eating appetizers with our fingers. We had to request salt and pepper and steak sauce...all delivered after a second request when my food was no longer fresh off the grill and no longer hot. My french fries seemed to be the bottom of the barrel scrapings....small pieces, overly brown and not piping hot. My server was new and she was NOT the cause of my dissatisfaction. She checked in with us several times.
Friendly Staff and good food. Menu is plentiful and seasonal special menu items come out often. Love Applebee's especially the to go options. Uber eats delivers Applebee's.
Service was great. Our waitress was very nice. Steaks were overcooked too our liking but were very tasty and delicious anyways.
With a new baby my wife and I have found convenience using the carside to go option randomly over the last several months. Almost each time we do though, it seems something goes wrong. This is just a quick summary: With one of the first visits I received a hard rubbery rib platter that I was unable to pull apart/eat. Next time our meals were good however, they were incomplete. All three meals didn't get the sides of fries that were ordered. (I thought the fries were in the same containers as the platters. I should have noticed three red cups not in the bags before I got home)... Anyway, the next time and most recent, we did not receive our drinks. I even asked this time and had the associate verify we ordered it so she looked at the receipt on the bag and said no we did not. I figured the system must have messed it up... So, upon getting home I looked at the receipt and realized the one under the first broke down the order more specifically and showed we were missing our drinks. All together I think we are done with carside to go/online ordering. Just too many small instances and lack of consistency. *I forgot to mention that the food from our last meal that we did not receive drinks was generally not good. Ex. My burger was very greasy and cool. And for better understanding I live less than 5 mins away.
This Applebee's seems to always be popping and as long as you understand the quality that you're going to get at an Applebee's you will not be disappointed The staff is great The regulars are great take care of your servers they work hard.
Decent food, decent prices and the servers are great. I prefer the consistency here, since my kids can get picky quick.
