No matter when I go, they will not take my order. I went in at 8:27....they close at 9. "Last order is at 8:30, we're done." Ummm....it's not 8:30? I get it, it's close. But you didn't even ask what I want? Maybe it was something really simple. This happened the last time I walked in too. They had just cut their hours...they weren't even posted yet and the guy screamed at me that they were closed even though the door was unlocked and I walked right in. I'm always super chipper and upbeat walking in, and furious when I walk out. Just trying to support your local business. #impossible #disappointment
The food is sometimes very good and other times trash. This last time I ordered the wings were dry tough and even the ranch tasted different. This is the 3rd time out of many times ordering the food wasn’t that great. I contemplated eating there this time. I also don’t like If I order 8 wings, 12 wings, 20 wings I only get like one 2 ounce ranch and have to buy the others 1.00 for 4oz. Be fair. We shall see the next time I buy there. I may or may not.
Walked in at 9:25 on a Friday to place an order, & the lady said they were closed. I proceeded to tell her online says 10pm.. she said they do but they weren’t accepting orders after 9:30. It wasn’t even 9:30? Won’t be back, food is over priced & mediocre at best. Lady at the front proceeded to laugh to the other customers as I walked out. Extremely rude for and elderly women.
Amazing wings and fresh cut fries. Such a hidden gem. Everything is ridiculously cheap and they have so many amazing wing flavors and appetizers. The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will 100% be back for more amazing wings.
Usually don't mind ordering from here but never again. They didn't give me enough sauce for wings and my fries as requested. And on top of that they don't cook the wings in the seasoning or sauce anymore ??♀️ complete trash
Buffalo Garlic Parmesan ? My absolute favorite!! They have the best wings this side of the river!! Not too mention the nanny other options on their menu. Great place for the family. No alcohol though. But still amazing!!
Everyone is complaining about something. Every restaurant has a bad day get over it, try it again. Wiggys has great food and great prices the lady that answers the phone to take orders and works the register is very kind and sweet, very welcoming place
Wanted to find a place near our hotel. We truly found a gem. Small in size, but great wings & service. We had Buffalo Cajun. I was also impressed by the wall decor with Steelers, Pirates & Penguins. I am a Steeler fan from Oregon. What a great surprise!
When you go to any wing place in America You get asked ranch or blue cheese? This place automatically gives you ranch! I ordered my food; moments later I asked for Blue Cheese, she proceeds to tell me "Your order comes with ranch! "I don't eat ranch" and charges me a dollar for blue cheese. The wings were a C. I still didn't get an answer on why they charge for blue cheese but not ranch.
great place for decently priced wings and fries , come here typically once a month, only real issue I've ever had is I'll end up receiving buffalo cajun wings if I had ordered there buffalo hot
