This place was so very kind ❤️thank you for helping me get through the thick of COVID ❤️ The food is awesome too! ?
I showed up maybe 5 to 10 minutes before closing eager for a quick drink. I was worried I was too late but lights were on, open sign was flashing, door was open. I entered and started to say how glad I was that they were open and she barked at me "uhhm, we're CLOSED!" I started to say "oh, I'm sorry I thought you were still open a minute," but she cut me off to snip "No!" At me.I'd never go in late to get a bunch of food, or bang on a locked door, but she was so catty and, frankly, mean. If she'd just communicated politely by saying "I'm sorry we're not taking any more orders, or closing the site. It's been good times long ago when they actually sold me something, they were out of bubbles once, but were very polite about it before. The other guy who used to work there was great.
Had a bad experience here before but decided to give them a try again after a few months. It is nearby and i want to like them because its convenient location. I ordered and the boba was only half cooked, still hard on the inside. And the noodles for my pho were 100% not cooked at all. The bread was way too thick for the little amount of filling i got, and was overall dry.
My Son and Granddaughter visited with us today. And surprised us with What the Pho and NanBan!! Double dooey ??? That's a separate review. We shared Beef and Chicken bowls of Pho. Very delicious food. Will definitely recommend and get their enjoy again. Kudos to this crew!!
Got 2 bowls of pho and a bubble tea. Bubble tea was okay. The broth in the pho was good. But everything else (noodles, meat and veggies) was grossed and jacked up. I wanted to bring it back but the girl at the counter was by herself and since it was light up night, she had a line out the door.
I love pho, but like, what the pho?! The beef tasted like Salisbury steak and was definitely not the nice sliced beef that should be in pho. Jalapenos were non existent. This is way to americanized and should be advertised as so. Only reason I gave 3 stars, is because the poor girl working BY HERSELF. oh and the drink was pretty good too.
This is the one of the best experiences I have ever had. The food was absolutely delicious and it really hit the spot. If your looking for a good plant based pho this place has it!!
100% american vietnamese here. Their take on Banh Mi... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I rather drive 4 hours to Falls church eden center to buy one or many. Just not here. If your gonna make Banh Mi. Do it right or don't do it at all. I wouldn't even feed these to my parents out of fear they'll go on a rampage.Update: after a bit of searching, I found out I actually know the owners. No wonder the food is terrible. The have no experience in the restaurant industry.
The place does not feel like an establishment that should be serving food. It looks like a storage unit with a built in milk tea bar at the front. First, they were out of boba (which seems like it shouldn't happen, since they are a boba shop), so I ordered my drink without it. While waiting, I noticed a clear plastic cup with black sharpie advertising "M-F 5-7pm Happy Hour, 1/2 off." Not exactly easy to see. It was a Tuesday at 5:30, but I had been charged full price. I politely asked the cashier, who looked at me annoyed and said "you didn't request it" - Lol. I didn't know I had to explicitly ask for a poorly advertised discount when it's my first time in the store. I said thank you and left. The drink didn't taste very good. I won't be coming back.
the staff is nice but this place is horrible. the tea tasted floral. the boba was over cooked. WHAT THE PHO!!!
