I have tried to go here multiple times, but the line just to get into the drive thru always extends into the street, blocking traffic, even at off peak times. Despite the fact that I can’t even get in line to purchase anything, I am giving one star because this restaurant is a public nuisance for the way it disrupts street and pedestrian traffic.
The management of this restaurant SUCKS.I waited 25 mins at the drive thru just to get a “we can not take your order because employees are quitting right now”!.Come on Managers!, save some time to the customers and shut down the restaurant for the night if you can not work!. Great resignation is a FACT!. But isn’t that hard to the the right thing for your customers! (May 2022)
The chubby fellow with the microphone was really rude. Waited for 30 mins in drive thru to pick doordash order, he said you have to go back in the line because you didn't wait in the speaker to check the order and you need to get back to the line. After other 30 mins when my line came back in, he said there is no order by that name despite the order was there.If you can't control your anger, don't work in costumers interaction job.
Was a very, very, very slow experience. Watied 40 minutes in the drive through even with a mobile order we waited for 10 minutes at the window. The burgers were hot but the fries and nuggets were completely cold.
This location frequently holds up doordash and Uber eats drivers by not publicly turning off their ordering system. They allow them to wait for 45 minutes, creating traffic on the main road. Horrible service.
As long as you realize that your order will be wrong you won’t be disappointed. I told this kid No mayo or sauce literally 3 times. Did he listen? Nope.
Honestly probably one of the worst Wendy’s locations! Well atleast if you go at night, they always say their out of something, rude and NEVER stay open until 4am like it says they do.they just Slap your food together, to the employees in there: if you don’t want to offer great customer service don’t work somewhere, where that is literally YOUR JOB! get a new one ???♀️
The front counter closes at 7 (if you're lucky, usually earlier, though they never post it anywhere), so unless you have a car (25% of the people in this city don't) and are prepared to wait for an hour in the line that always backs up on to Baum, probably full of people who could've walked or biked had the front door been open, don't come here.
Was at this Wendys on January 4th 2022. A elderly. employee was very efficient with my order. I ordered French fries and the employee gave me the fries separately so they won't fall. The manager yelled at the employee saying not to give the fries separately. A real shame that the manager had to yell.
I hopped online I found that my experience is not the expectation but the rule. I waited in drive their for 45 min for a pick up only to be turned away when I got to the front. For how slow their drive thru moves they must prepare every single piece of food on the spot as it’s order...as fast food was intended.... will never go here again.
