IF SOMEONE ORDERS CONTACTLESS DELIVERY DOESNT MEAN YOU LEAVE FOOD AND DONT EVEN NOTFY THEM THAT THEIR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED. NOT A KNOCK, TEXT, CALL OR RING OF DOORBELL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! FOOD WAS COLD, CHICKEN WAS OVERCOOKED, FRIED RICE WAS NOT GOOD AND EGG ROLL IS SIZE OF A SPRING ROLL.
Amazing sushi!! ? We arrived a little after 9 and they still sat us, very friendly staff, too. Will definitely be returning for more sushi.
The food was great, and the customer service was even better. We got delivery but the restaurant left something minor out of our order by mistake. Without making an issue of it, they sent another delivery driver out to correct the error within about ten minutes. They didn’t have to do that but this is a testament to how much they care for their customers!
Vegetable rice was dry and flavorless , walnut chicken lots of hard pieces and needed more flavor, we were disappointed

Horrible service..I ordered food at 6pm on an Weds and it's 8pm I called first they said food on its way then I kept calling back they took phone off the hook and my food never came..DONT EAT HERE!!
Best Chinese food in Pittsburgh a hidden gem that is my exclusive go to for Chinese. Go for the boneless bbq spare ribs and coconut shrimp
Everything was good. Service and did was great! I just wish we could have ate there in the restaurant. Everything is staying to open back up so I didn't know why Wai Wai was still not allowing for inside dining. It would have made it 5 stars most likely if so. We got shrimp lo'mein and general tso chicken.
USE TO LOVE THIS PLACE NOW ITS GOING DOWN HILL! PORTIONS ARE GETTING SMALLER AND QUALITY/TASTE NOT HOW IT USE TO BE. I'VE RECEIVED UNDONE BROCCOLI THEY WERE SO HARD HAD TO THROW AWAY. BARELY GAVE ANY SAUCE & NEVER GIVES EATING UTENSILS.
The restaurant was very nice and peaceful. The staff was helpful and delighted to serve me. The drive was worth the food and experience .
