The pizza was good, but watching the chickens in the neighbors yard was the highlight of the visit! I'm so glad they're okay with chickens! Good going Veltre's!
Ordered grandma’s pie - delicious square pizza. It is very good! When I ordered, I was told 40 minutes — and it was. Unfortunately, pizza was tepid.
The Philly Cheese steak I had was just stupendous! The staff was terribly friendly and they let us eat our food in the little dining area even though it is take-out only.
My favorite place in swissvale now(braddock hills) other than the triangle. This location to me is better than the original location in Oakmont. I've been going there for close to 20 years and nothing has changed! Everything on the.menu is delicious. Love all the people who work there.
A large single topping pizza comes out to $20, which was a takeout order. The pizza was good but not at all worth the cost. When many other pizza joints charge 5-10$ less for basically the same product, I have no reason to recommend this place unless they reduce their prices.
Overall their food is good but it's over priced and they skimp on toppings especially cheese for the pizza and their sandwiches aren't even close to having enough meat for what you pay for it. Also they used canned mushrooms instead of fresh unless you pay extra for portobellos. Also super greasy pizza.
Thoroughly disappointed in my lunch order today. I ordered at 11:35, was told 40 minutes for delivery. It finally came at 12:33. I gave the driver a $5.00 tip to drive a quarter mile to where I work. I ordered a tuna hoagie, no onion, add banana peppers. As you can see in the photo there is hardly a speck of tuna. Asked for honey mustard to dip my hot pepper cheeseballs...I usually get a souffle cup with dressing in, today I got a packet. Not liking my lunch at all today!
January 2, 2020. I called to place an order for delivery because I cannot leave my house due to being ill for the past 3 days. Mind you the place is literally 6 minutes away from my house, I was willing to pay with my debit card which is obviously attached to my name and yet the man refused to take my order. It's 4:00 in the afternoon and I can't get my order taken. I guess they're too scared of the black people living in this community. I'll never eat here again!
Food is great. Nice and easy when I went to go pick it up.
