I ordered from here through Uber eats. Now I’ve visited other locations in person and expected to have a good experience this time as well. I was sadly disappointed when I received my food and smoothie and saw on their receipt that it was prepared at 4:10pm…. My order was scheduled to be delivered between 5pm and 5:15pm. So it sat at the store for over an hour. Then my order didn’t arrive until almost 6pm with Uber. By time I got it, the flatbread was cold and gross; and the smoothie was melted and didn’t taste like it was even made correctly. I am highly disappointed.
I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The service is fantastic. The smoothies are well-priced and delicious and they have plenty of add-ins if you want to improve with protein or vitamins or anything else. Highly recommend. The smoothies are also double the size of any other local smoothie shop and half the price. Very considerate and kind staff.
I always order the dragon fruit smoothie, and the last 2 times, it was not drinkable whatsoever. It was super thick, the fruit was not cut up, and it tasted like watered down protein powder (even though I didn’t add anything extra). And when I told the manager- Lauren I think I her name was- she said that it was “too busy” to make again and to try back another time. Who says that?! Anyways, I rate this place 1 banana out of 10 strawberries.
I order through Grubhub often, and it’s always packaged so nicely and tastes great. From the Thank You sticker on the cup to the detailed receipts on every item, it’s personable and i so appreciate it! Everything I’ve gotten I’ve loved and recommended to others!
Smoothies here are always great! Food is great too! Service could improve. Lady got my order wrong, but too late to change, and I ended up liking the incorrect order so that turned out ok. Overall vibe inside was refreshing. Would try again!
Food and Smoothies we're excellent as always. Love that this franchise has finally found its way to Pittsburgh. I went to these all the time when living in Florida.Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the place currently is very tiny. So you may just want to order ahead and pick-up from this location.
Ordered a smoothie on the app, went to the store to pick it up but one of the workers handed it to another customer right in front of me. She took it back from the customer and put it behind the counter. Another employee asked me if I was here to pick up, I said yes and gave her my name. They proceed to hand me the smoothie that was mine but was given to the other customer in the store. They did not offer to remake it since another person handled it. The smoothie itself tasted sour like the right measurements weren't followed. I ended up throwing it away, it was intolerable. I'm not one to complain either but I will continue to go to the Murrysville location even though it is out of my way and this one is closer to me.
This is now my go to smoothie spot! I was one of the lucky 50 that waited in the cold and snow for hours to get the free smoothies for a year promotion. The staff was so kind to let us go to our cars to get warm without losing our spots (by giving us numbered tickets). As expected, the grand opening was CHAOS but the staff handled it with grace, kindness, professionalism, and a smile. I'll be back every week!
I went to this location yesterday and ordered a Cajun shrimp chicken salad I loved it so much that I ordered it today but it was very different there was no corn there was no cheese there was no rice they made me the wrong order first they gave me a burrito and luckily I looked inside the bag I was really hoping for the same thing that I got and the consistency wasn’t there I was going to ask for a refund but I had to go to work and I got the food on my lunch break
This was my 3rd time going to this location and everything is always amazing! What was different this time is they wrote something special on my cup! Not sure if they could tell I was having a bad day or what but It immediately made me smile. Thank you to whoever did that!
