Beer on tap is top notch. Most of the IPAs tend toward hazy and bitter rather than the common hazy and juicy. It’s a refreshing change. We’ve been here several times and the difference between the draft freshness and cans is noticeable, but I’ll still happily take some 4-packs home. The vibe and atmosphere are very cool. The old bare brick walls give it a feel like a secret/underground treasure.

Stopped in on Saturday while visiting my daughter snd her husband in Pittsburgh. Great atmosphere neat building friendly warm service. O yes and really really good beers. Sacred Object a rich coffee chocolate stout a pleasure to the pallet. KellerBier a satisfying larger smooth and refreshing. Foeder Aged Coal Hill a citrus surprise. Can’t wait to go back and have a pretzel.

The beer is amazing. Went with a big group and the service was very quick for the amount of people. Owner was a fun guy, accommodating and interacted with the crowd. Great atmosphere. Would love to go back when the weather warms up and check out the outside area. Yes you will have to find street parking but its a city venue and that’s the way it is.

Really good beer and a cool spot. Last time I was here they had a DJ blasting people out of the place though. I know this was probably a draw for some, but I watched two other tables leave because they couldn't talk to each other. We left after one beer as well. The place was pretty empty on a Friday night. So I am not sure it was good business to try to make the brewery a club.

Good beer and coffee. Great electic atmosphere. Beer choices Abit limited for a brewery, but everything on draft was tasty. Gladly will go back again in the summer to enjoy the patio. As noted by others, parking is challenging at this location.

I don't really go here for the night life. Kinda grew out of it, plus their beer selection isn't the best (for me). What is great though, is the coffee in the morning. I walk down the street, sit and read or work on d&d stuff, and enjoy a great espresso.Staff is crazy friendly.

It’s becoming our favorite place to chill, chat, and have fun. Obviously their beer is great and if you are not a big beer drinking their draft cocktail is also surprisingly good. Long story short this is a great place overall, no BS, just good beer great staff and beautiful location.

Environment: this is a pretty cool place to chill with friends. Its been updated to the typical industrialized modern micro breweries that you see everywhere. It has a nice outdoor part for when the weather is nice. Inside is airy with a fire pit. The place is lgbt friendly.Drinks/Food: there really isn't food here. Went on a Monday and there was a food truck outside. I got a vodka lemonade "cocktail", which was just a canned drink poured over ice for $9 (you can buy those cans for $3/each).There was live music on a Monday night which seemed nice, but it got SO LOUD (Friday night club loud) that we could not hear ourselves or others talk at a tiny 4-top table. I'm a millennial and all about loud music in bars, but this was obscenely loud and with a total of less than 20 people in the bar, it was just obnoxious.Nice place, but won't be back.

Seems like a chill place. Beer is fairly decent. Parking signs are a bit weird to me but I'm not from here. Didn't get a ticket so not a big deal I guess.

This brewery is such a fun spot with great beer and an awesome patio. The size of the space will really surprise you based on how tucked away it is on a busy street. Definitely recommend adding this place to your list of PGH breweries to visit!
