If you don't mind limited parking options, this location is fantastic! Chocolate covered strawberries were a hit on Valentine's Day. The chocolate covered pretzels were excellent also. Missed the chocolate covered bacon, but hope to return soon to try some and a milkshake once the weather warms up a bit.

Very very good. Had the Jake shake. Only thing I'd say is the guy who waited on us could've acted a lil more cheerful. But I get it everyone has a bad day

Okay milkshakes definitely not as good as they look online. A bit pricey also. Chocolate is good though.

I have always been allergic to nuts, and it’s hard to avoid things with nuts in them. However, milkshake factory is VERY good about allergens (for the milkshakes) even with the little bit of risk of cross contact from the factory. I’ve never had a reaction to any of their milkshakes (once tried the chocolate covered pretzels and had a reaction *it was my risk to take, no blame to them*). I also recently have had to become gluten free for medical reasons and they also accommodated that, and one of the wonderful workers was helping me find what I could drink to avoid as much as possible. They were all so kind there!

I thought the Vegan Cookies and Cream milkshake was okay, it felt very heavy on the vanilla with little cookie. I could tell it was heavily sweeted (like sweetened vanilla) to cover up the non-dairy base that they used, it was about ~16oz, for $8 I would've expected more.

Mmmm mmm! What a delicious milkshake! Thick and creamy I almost needed a spoons but it made for a ice cold experience until I was finished unlike fast food milkshakes that melt and are all foam by the end and usually end up giving me a stomach ache. They use homemade hard ice cream like the old fashioned way. I recommend the birthday cake milkshake the sprinkles gave it a yummy kick without too much sweet. I also got some chocolate covered strawberry’s that were the best I’d ever had the strawberry’s were still so fresh!

Everyone in the group enjoyed their milkshakes! The milkshakes are a little overpriced (about $7.50) each, and are not that big. The flavors are unique and yummy, but you can also get the basic flavors (chocolate, strawberry, etc.).

After visiting The Strip and before going to The Frick we stopped here for a shake. The chocolate peanut butter shake was a sinful delight-pricey but very good. Service was stellar and quick. Having a clean restroom is a bonus. It’s street parking only(paid parking)so that can be challenging. Fortunately we found a small public pay lot on 18th and East Carson. At 25 cents per 15 minutes an hour was quite enough to walk one block and enjoy a shake. Beware the side streets as much of it is permit parking for residents although there are a few pay parking spaces near East Carson.

The wife loves it. That's enough for a perfect review.
