Super pricey but so so good. We actually prefer the flavor of their dairy free shakes better, give them a try!

First time in this store. I knew the Milkshake Factory from Pittsburgh’s South Side and their shakes are famous in town with no doubt. Staff on call was super friendly, especially with my children. My wife had a dairy free milkshake and said that it was delicious and heavy, which I believe it’s a compliment. This store in particular has an area for people to sit and relax while consuming shakes. If you plan on driving here, street parking can be hectic in this area.
Bananas Foster sundae and a chocolate fudge milkshake. Love that it's made right in front of you, uses real ingredients and tastes like heaven. I only gave them 4 stars because the cashier was rude or indifferent or just flipping tired. The other 2 employees(awesome). You're gonna pay upwards of $8-$10 per person, but it's not something you do everyday. Did I mention it was DELISHIOUS ??
First time here. Milkshake was amazing!! I got the Bananas Foster one and it was absolute heaven!
And yes!! They had the nerve to have lactose free shakes!!! Oh my Lawd above ??!! The chocolate strawberry was ??... literally the best shake I've ever had, with zero stomach aches!!
They do not use anything other than vanilla ice cream in their shakes. No chocolate ice cream in their chocolate shakes.
This is by far the worst Milkshake Factory I have been too. Starting with the cashier what is with the attitude are these people trained to be rude and nasty with certain people. Her attitude was like give me your order and get out. Then the girl with 30 different shades of hair gets my order wrong and acts like it’s my fault. The manager is no different same nasty attitude. Studies show when you have people down to the managers who don’t know how to manage and lead by example these places tend to shut down in a short period of time. This Milkshake Factory in East Liberty won’t be here very long unless there are some serious changes down to that manger. This was the worst experience ever.
Milkshakes! They have delicious milkshakes! They’re cold, creamy and delicious. Pretty straight forward if you ask me. Let’s say you’re out shopping for a new couch and accidentally land yourself inside this delicious establishment. I don’t like milkshakes you say, but I’m in the mood for something sweet. What a conundrum. Bam! Have an ice cream sundae!
