One wordâ¦PERFECT! Our waitress and the manager were some of the nicest and friendliest staff Iâve ever had at a restaurant. They absolutely love their jobs and working at The Melting Pot, you can tell by their wonderful attitudes and how in depth they get helping you with suggestions and anything you may have a question about. Thank you for an absolute perfect dining experience. You made our dinner so much more special and memorable. Iâm a business owner with over 200 employees and can tell you that you are extremely lucky to have these two kind and caring individuals representing your business. Kudos!

Phenomenal service! We made a reservation for our 5 year anniversary, and they have awesome accomodations. We opted for the rose petal table and the four course meal. It was a bit of everything and it was all so delicious! If you get the four course take your time and only eat about half of the beginning courses so you have room for dessert! The server even brought us a happy anniversary dessert unprompted it was so sweet! I highly recommend booking with them!

I made reservations for my best friends birthday. We we're seated immediately and served drinks promptly. The menu options were a little confusing at first, but our waitress Samantha was AMAZING. From start to finish she was patient, answered and re-answered all of our questions, offered suggestions and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our friend. We all ordered the all you can eat entree and were not disappointed. Because I noted that it was my friend's bday, they brought her a pound cake with a candle and wrote happy birthday in chocolate on the plate. Samantha even joined in signing happy birthday. This was our first time and it was a special occasion. All the staff knew it was our anniversary. We got a card from all of them. Each one commented to us. The options were well explained, questions were answered and the food was fantastic! We had such fun with everything! We will definitely be returning!

I never have high hopes for chain restaurants but someone must be doing something right here all of the staff including the manager were very professional provided great service and made us feel well attended. the portions are huge and the food is delicious. A two person portion of cheese and chocolate both covered our three person table.
