This is the nicest place we have stayed in the Pittsburgh area. It’s beautiful and well maintained, the staff are thoughtful as well as helpful. Just really nice people. The food is tremendous, too! Do yourself a favor and stay here!
I can't say enough good things about this bed and breakfast. Especially the breakfast... I'm still thinking about it days later ? the accommodations were so nice, and the customer service was terrific. I would definitely stay again! ?
Enjoyed afternoon tea! Treats were tasty, tea options plentiful and staff was extremely friendly. Did not stay as an overnight guest, but would definitely recommend for the tea experience.
I enjoy afternoon tea here fairly regularly, and it's always a pleasure. The chef and wait staff are wonderful!
We had high tea with two of my friends. One was celebrating her 70th birthday. We enjoyed the environment. However the high tea food was minimal. I was shocked! We asked for a few more small sandwiches and they charged us $16 for just a few. hi along with my friends will not return.
My dearest friend and I just experienced the best high tea at the Inn on Negley. The chef was wonderful in accommodating my gluten free needs. All the treats were delicious especially the scones. The staff were all professional and extremely pleasant. I'll look forward to another visit to the Inn on Negley.

They lost my reservation for a party of 12 that I made over the phone a month in advance. They did not try to compensate or accommodate us after this error was discovered. They said if I didn’t get a confirmation email then the reservation wasn’t made. There was no way for me to know that at the time. So just make sure you get a confirmation email if you book anything here and call beforehand to make sure it wasn’t lost.
