Bad 1st experience ? The bun on the burger was burnt, the chicken for the salad was flavorless and dry, and my bacon was burnt, I couldn't eat my food. I lost out on $48 dollars, I'm hungry an so upset, so not satisfied with this experience.
We just stopped in for appetizers and desert so we didn't experience their dinner menu. That being said the quality of the appetizers was definitely worth 5 stars, however I thought price for quantity was a bit high. They had some really interesting, unique desert options on the menu but only one of them was actually available to order at the time. That was disappointing, but I am interested in going back there to see what they have next time.
Let's get this straight, the food is good. But it's served with attitude, and our 3 dishes, 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich took about 25 minutes from when the first dish arrived until the last. The last dish to arrive, was a medium burgerUpdate:. We never have left no tip, but did so in this case. The restaurant unauthorized added a $20 tip. We have disputed this. Besides the staggered dinner, we were charged $20 for meat whiskeys that are 8-10 elsewhere, and we got a lot of attitude when we tried to figure out where our dishes were
Great option for a fairly diverse menu where everyone can find something and a large tap list. I'd def recommend their wings (and Monday is wing night). Fireside also has specials throughout the week, like bbq on a recent Sunday. The service tends to be a bit slow, but they are always nice.
Very nice design and eating area,, very nice staff. Clean & chilled atmosphere. I kinda forgot names of food I ate but it was all good. Sweet chili wings & stuffed crab/mushroom with onions and a cheese sauce. I shall return.
This is the third time my wife and I have visited this establishment, and have yet to be disappointed. Large portions, friendly staff, great selection of on tap beers (local and imported).The food has always been very tasty and we always have to take some home, or in our case, back to Children's Hospital for lunch the next day. If you go there better have a really good appetite, you will need it.
We stumbled onto "Fire Side" while in the area to shop. What a wonderful surprise! The service was perfect, and by that I mean attentive without being bothersome.One of my biggest pet peeves in a restaurant is being rushed. Fire Side was nice and leisurely, and I really appreciate that.The food was excellent, and I confess to being hard to please.The portions were beyond generous; you will not go away hungry!
Really great restaurant. Food is amazing. Nice experience. Have been there numerous times and will continue going. Bacon Brussel Sprouts are key (i know. Just try them). Beers are numerous.
Very nice staff, great hamburger and good fries and fresh beer. I'd say a solid 4 stars if it weren't for a very strange incident when paying the bill. The total was $40 and change, gave $50, and never got my change. When asked for the change, the waitress asked, "Oh, you want some change from that ten?" This is a moral question, not an economic one (very little money at stake). It's up to the customer to decide what the tip should be. I would love to go back, but if this happens again, it would be the last time. I hope the staff gets this message because it's a nice establishment.
