Horrible every time. 5 stars for consistently horrible. 1 star for terrible service any time of day or night. Within such a saturated business model, one would think a local coffee shop with multiple satellite outfits would have a stronger customer service game but they definitely do not. I'd take GetGo gas station coffee over these clowns.
Great coffee and relaxed atmosphere! Excellent place to take a break with your book, work and have a warm sip. Loved the mocha.
in my experiences at coffee tree everyone has been extremely friendly and outgoing, which is remarkable considering the testimonies that are currently coming out from employees about their conditions. I fully support the employees' unionization efforts and am looking forward to see what progress they're able to make in the future. p.s. firing an employee over union discussion is kind of extremely illegal
Delicious coffee, and a pretty good price. Someone accidentally took my drink, but the employees were so nice when they realized what happened and quickly made mine again. I would definitely go again!
It is unfortunate that such a beloved coffee shop treats it's employees with no care and no respect. I cannot support a business that throws out it's employees for fair pay and respectful working conditions. Until employees are as respected and as beloved as clients are, I will not support this business. Shame on you
The baristas are wonderful, and I fully support them unionizing! Coffee Tree baristas have risked their health throughout this pandemic to show up for their community, and they absolutely deserve safer working conditions, including mask mandates, paid sick time, and guaranteed breaks during their shifts.

The workers were all wonderful people but management is cruel and greedy. Union Yes!
The workers are awesome. Management should recognize their union and reinstate the worker who they illegally fired.
Historically have treated their staff horribly. From forcing young workers to close alone late at night, dismal pay, stealing tips during the pandemic, allowing in customers known for regularly harassing workers, and now firing an employee for organizing a union (which is against federal law mind you). This business should be ashamed of themselves.
