My sister and I met my cousin in Pittsburgh after over a decade and the three families decided to go here for dinner! Getting everyone aligned on going here took a bit of time and I called around 8 PM (they close at 9) to reserve a table for 12 at 8:30 PM! To my surprise they agreed to give us a table. Our whole party was seated at 8:30 PM and ALEXIS waited our table. In spite of the late reservation, she was sweet, friendly and patient with us. We made our best effort to efficiently place an order and the food started flowing in quickly. Portion sizes were good and all the food we ordered was delicious!! The Indonesian Fried Rice was the winner of that evening. Finally, Alexis took few pictures of the whole group and overall, it was a great experience. In spite of being a large party, making a reservation just before COB, on a Saturday night and, during the Jul 04 weekend, there were several things that could've gone wrong but Alexis was amazing. She gave us a great experience and made the evening memorable for us in the best way possible. Kudos to her and the team at ThaiFoon PGH!!

This is the best food I can buy anywhere near me (South Fayette).I typically order curry but sometimes splurge for General Tso's - which is in another league for this dish. The best part is: if you like spicy and ask for spicy, you *will* get it. Otherwise the flavor of the food is perfection.

I've never been more disgusted at a restaurant. Where do I start. They must be under new management or something because the dude just stared at me. gave me the creeps. we sat down and had the sweetest server. we tried the Thai tea which was just Watered down and disgusting, ordered the crab Rangoons and they were so small and tasteless. then the manager just kept staring some more. I felt like I was baby sat my entire experience. for our entrees we got the pad Thai which was so dry and had three pieces of chicken in it and also got the ginger broccoli which was as salty as the sea. disgusting. After I had food poisoning. If you want real Thai food with really nice staff, I recommend going to *Angkor* in crafton-ingram area, Its close and the food is amazing. staff is friendly and I definitely don't get sick after eating their food.

We have eaten Thai food all over the country and all over Pittsburgh. As the heading indicates this was about average for outside Pittsburgh. The portions are large but just missing the authentic Thai flavors. Might return and would recommend if you have the Thai itch but middle of the road at best.

Staff here is very friendly and down to earth. Our server was especially sweet, helpful, personable and eager to please.Their was a miscommunication between the kitchen and wait staff which resulted in us receiving the wrong food the first time. I wasn't bothered by this at all but the server and manager stopped over with sincere apologies making it right. The food was decent tasting coming out in super large portions. You'll definitely need a take out box here. Overall good dining experience.

Very upset about my experience there last night. Double charged me. Manager kept telling me he couldn’t do anything for me, cook shoved take out at me. I was supposed to pick up takeout at 5:40. I was there at 5:35. Half my order was there & it took 22 minutes for me to get my complete order. No apologies, no discounts. Poor service & poor management. I will not be ordering from them again.

I think they are under new management as none of the staff we had previously had were present. Waitress was ok, but unfamiliar with food/seasonings and didn’t have much personality. It could have been because the manager was constantly telling her what to do, how to do it, etc. Food was good but not in the same category as it was prior to their re-opening to inside dining. I like consistency in flavor/spices - this was not even close to what it was. Truly disappointed.

We eat here once or twice a month. We typically get the red chicken curry and the chicken pad thai. In my opinion this is the best Thai food in Pittsburgh.. Every time we try a different Thai place we wish we would have just stuck with them! Excited to hear that they just finally reopened for dine-in as well! A+++! Dont change!!

I will go back there and try more. And then will add review. For now. So far so good.

All I can say is that the Pho was very bland. I think they use the same broth for everything. Very disappointed.
