Management needs some improvement. They missed an item in my order, so I called and had a rather civil conversation with the manager, and he offered to email me a coupon for a free meal. All seemed well until I never received the coupon. If an offer is made, then the expectation is that the offer will be fulfilled. What a waste of time. If you plan on ordering curbside to go, don’t expect all of your food items, and don’t expect to be reimbursed for the money that was wasted from the missing items..
I ordered my steak to be medium, when it came to the table it was almost well done. I have never had a problem at other texas roadhouses about how my steak was cooked so i was hesitant to say anything to my server but I really dislike steak cooked that way. The sever said she would fix it for me, a manager brought the steak back over only to discover they had put the steak BACK ON THE GRILL to be cooked MORE, when my steak was already over cooked I assume that’s not the way to fix it. I’m not sure where the miscommunication was, but i was visibly upset and said to the manager that I wanted the steak done medium, and when i cut into it, it was far from it, she did not try to fix the issue future. Wish i hadn’t had said anything about the steak to begin with, but it is a steakhouse after all.
The manager Shawn Gregory was very rude to my family and was willing to lose 12 customers for life over 5 minutes wait for remaining arriving party. It’s a Tuesday night on my dads birthday at 630 it’s not too much to ask to seat us. We were told we would lose our spot and have to wait another hour or so. I hope it was worth losing 12 customers for life. FYI I also think it’s a conflict of interest to have the one you are complain about answer all your complaints and basically say they don’t care. No accountability is bad business.
Came to Pittsburgh and originally planned on a different location to eat. Unfortunately they did not have the brunch listed on the internet available! Googled other restaurants in the area and found Texas Roadhouse. This was definitely one of the best of this chain. The server was very professional and courteous. The food was great - had the rib eye steak with a baked sweet potato - everything cooked perfectly. My only problem was that the salad came after my meal was served. Also very much miss the peanuts that have been gone since the beginning of covid. Very clean interior and convenient parking. Will certainly return.
Service was slow and the bartender made my 1st 2 drinks normal then the 3rd and 4th she added more sours if she didnt want to serve me more alcohol just say that. She also never asked me which long island i wanted and charged me for top shelf long Islands. It got busy after I paid my bill ore else i would have talked to a manager. And you guys have really nasty silverware why leftover steak sauce or crust on the knives
The food is excellent!! We had the best waitress ever!! Her name was Kristen!! Great service!! Our favorite place 2 eat!!

If you are ordering takeout from this location - check your items before leaving the location.I ordered curbside pick up on 2/6/22 and found out that one side was missing when I got home. I called them about it, an employee picked up, put me on hold and never returned. After 20 minutes I finally decided to hang up and call again, NO ONE EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE ANYMORE that night, not sure if they just unplugged the phone.The food I got was cold too, you would think after waiting outside for 40 minute the food would be fresh, but noooo, apparently they just let the food sit there till it’s cold before delivering it to your car.
We visited Texas Roadhouse this afternoon and each had the 11oz sirloin. It was cooked to perfection! One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I normally douse my steak in A1 but this one didn’t need it. All the natural flavors of the steak came out it was delicious. The owner Shawn visited our table to say hello and check on us. We were to busy eating to say how good things were. I know most restaurants are under staffed and just getting new people to help but we really enjoyed everything. Awesome job to the entire team for a job well done!!!!
