After spending the day at The Strip District we stopped at Tessaro’s for dinner. The burgers at Tessaro’s are awesome. The staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxing and the beer cold. I had the Breakfast Burger with white rice (ask for melted butter) and she had the Gourmet Kelly Burger with red skin potatoes. Delicious. Also the area where they are located has a nice amount of other bars and attractions. Tessaro’s is a must try if you’re looking for a GREAT burger.
This was probably the best burger I've ever had. The wood grill added a ton of flavor, was cooked perfectly. Definitely a must stop if you're visiting the burgh. We got there around 5 and already they were out of ribs on rib night.Good beer list, everyone in my party got a burger and we all agreed it was top tier.
Delicious food. Had strip steak sandwich. Was awesome. Cooked to perfection. Have excellent burgers also. They are made with a combination of meats. Service was great too.
Went for a graduation dinner and drinks atmosphere was so pleasant. Only disappointment was our wait staff once our food arrived we couldn't get drink refills ask our waiter twice for drink refills (4) were alcohol (2) were not. Had to ask another waiter to finally retrieve our waiter at which point we were ready to leave.
Best burger I ever had. Cool atmosphere of movie past, great staff. Look forward to be there again...and again!
4.4/5 pretty good burger. Had the cheeseburger with home fries and the quality of the meat was very good. The burger was very tender (had it done medium rare). There was a smokey/charey taste to the burger which was nice. There was no flavor from the meat itself but I didn't mind bc the meat quality was good. Home fries were tasty and unique. Would recommend!

Great selection of cheeses.For sides, they don't have fries, which I'd have loved to put on my burger, but instead they have a variety of other options, I got the home fries (gold and red potato wedges) and they were absolutely delicious.Customer service was attentive.I'm very much looking forward to going back and trying the steak
Was not my choice to go here. Absolutely, no options for vegetarians except peppers and mushrooms probably cooked on the same grill as everything else. I refused to order anything. My daughter had the greasiest grilled cheese covered in burger drippings. Did she eat any of it, you may ask? Nope, not one bite. They also serve ruffles as a side (cheap but whatever). Staff is nice.
My go-to place for a burger in Pittsburgh. Never had a bad burger here. Always made by hand to order and cooked over wood. Loaded with lettuce tomato onion and pickle, you will never be able to fit it in your mouth.
Tessaro's is legend. One of the few remaining timeless "Pittsburgh" spots. Burgers are magnificent. Steaks are fresh cut to order. Staff is tip top. Tessaro's forever!
