We have been a fan of Mr. Kim’s sushi for years now! Hands down the best sushi you can get and the korean dishes are also delicious. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff!
This quiet and unassuming second floor restaurant is an oasis of Korean cuisine in the heart of busy downtown. The food was mouth-wateringly delicious and full of flavor. The service and staff were second-to-none!

So happy to find Mr. & Mrs. Kim again. The move to Smithfield St. after all those years in the strip. I've been a customer for the last 20 years and I look forward to another 20. The best Sushi in Pittsburgh hands down.

I just visited their new location in downtown Pittsburgh. I’m glad to see that they’re back and as good as ever. My wife and I ordered the chirashi, which we really enjoyed. Customer service was amazing as always.
Overall service was very good. Location is great. Looks clean and well managed. Problem was proportions of food. I ordered a miso soup for $1.95 and I literally got 4 ounces of soup. Come on people! We don’t go for the soup but we won’t go back if we are getting jipped on miso soup! The sashimi was 4 very small pieces of salmon. And the seaweed salad was one small clump. Don’t be cheap on the soup and salad. I will pay good money for good food and good proportions!
Sushi Kim 2 is one of my favorite restaurants!They have fantastic Korean food! The service is great and the workers are really kind. My friend and I went here for dinner one night and we had a great experience. It is the perfect little hole in the wall! It is definitely one of my weekly places to eat now!
