I loved Sullivan's but they have obviously been hit by the staff shortage issues everyone has. Our reservations were for 7pm, but we were told there was a 10-15 minute wait and we could sit and wait at the bar. Then we sat at the bar and the bartender had so much to do, (she was serving the entire bar including the surrounding tables in the bar) that she wasn't able to get to us until 15 minutes later. We drank our delicious drinks and then at 7:30pm we were seated at our table. Our table was a booth that was on the outer wall and was quite lovely. The table and booth were very clean and nice, but there is a shelf that runs along the wall directly behind the booth that was absolutely covered in dust. In the grand scheme of the whole meal, it's a very small complaint, because our waitress Cam was very sweet and our food was EXCELLENT.

Finally got to check out Sullivans. Service was terrible. There was nothing FINE about this dining. Bartender was slow and overwhelmed. She was nice, but the bar was dirty the entire time and dirty glasses everywhere. We were sat 35 minutes after our reservation then had to wait another 20 to put our wine order in. Clearly they are having staffing issues, but a good restaurant would limit their reservations to provide appropriate service. Food wasn’t bad, the banana’s foster bread pudding was excellent. Not sure I will be going back any time soon to Sullivans.

Went on a Sunday during Restaurant Week. Our waitress was wonderful but many aspects were disappointing. Menu items unavailable, two dishes prepared poorly and two were great. Parts of service were slower than usual. Will probably try again, not during Restaurant Week.

I don’t remember my waitresses name. But she was great. Very polite.

We were impressed with location and outdoor dining options. Hostess was short and mentioned that they couldn’t seat us for a half hour (we had a reservation) and motioned us toward the bar area. The bar staff was less than knowledgeable and took over 15 minutes to make our drinks. We weren’t seated for more than 45 minutes past when we checked in, then weren’t greeted for a substatial amount of time upon being seated. Once the server had time for us, his service was great. Food was about average for a steak house. Glad we checked it off the list of places to try but wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go back.

Our server was great.. but everything took so long. they just didn’t have enough people for the evening. Food was ok. But definitely not what Sullivan’s in other locations is. Maybe try on a slow night.

Very disappointed.Took my daughter her for 20th birthday probably shouldn’t have.Got seated at 630 had to get a manager at 710 to get our drinks. Dinner came around 8 1 1/2 hour later.A very disappointing birthday dinner . I wouldn’t recommend at all and we were not the only ones havin this issue. The server was nice but overwhelmed and I did speak to manager and she made some things right but in the end doubt I will be back and I work in the building.

The restaurant was understaffed and the meal took a while despite ordering as soon as our waiter came to our table. The mashed potatoes seemed like they were sitting the plates for a while and the steaks were warm, not hot. The salads and desserts were good.

It was a fantastic meal and our service was great. We loved the atmosphere as well

Food was delicious. Service needs to improve greatly. Everyone was very cordial but slow and seemed like no one was in charge. Took long time to get check and servers need to talk to one another. Again chef did a great job with food. We were there for Restaurant week. Liked the fact that parking was complimentary!!
