This place is normally solid. Depressed, high server girl needs to show some advocacy for the regular clientele. Cmon guys. If you can’t remember the order, write it down. If you ask if everything is okay, and it’s not because the food is well done when it shouldn’t be - take it back instead of just standing there looking dumb saying “Ohhh…okay. Sorry about that” Don’t wait for a bad google review. Your regulars come back because you guys are good at what you do - dont stop now.

visited stokes yesterday where we had usually been served good meal. my wife ordered the reuben sandwich. from the corn beef up it was very poor. she asked for a little more russian dressing to maybe improve the sandwich and the server brought a little cup of it. when we got the bill we saw that we had been charged 0.75 for the extra sauce. i thought that was so stupid it was funny.
Came Saturday night with my mom. The service was horrible...Heather was our waitress and I don't think she had a clue how to be a server. The soup was so salty we couldn't eat it so she said she would take it off the bill but she never did. Then the sever brought butternut squash soup and it was brown...so disgusting. Horrible food. I called today to complain but the female manager didn't seem to care. Lousy food. Shame on the owners who read this but don't care!
Was there Saturday night ...First of all the server that seated us showed us to our booth and just flung the menus across the table and kept walking..rude.. Heather was our waitress...terrible service...food was terrible...If that soup was HO made than I'm a super model.
This was my first visit to Stoke's, and will certainly not be my last. Our server was one of the most pleasant people I've ever come across. She was extremely patient with a picky eater at the table behind us, and made sure everyone was taken care of and enjoying their food.Family friendly, large beer selection, and a decently sized bar that sits in a room away from the restaurant.
I love this place. The food is phenomenal and they have a very impressive brew selection. Pens game on every screen. In addition to that our server Scarlette was beyond great. Sports type bar on one side with family type restaurant/dining area on the other. Very highly recommended.
I love stokes. It's the only place in the area that I can find a decent Cuban sandwich. Everytime I'm there I want to take a picture of it to share but I start eating it immediately!
Everything tasted fantastic. Definitely suggest the Widow Maker and the Garlic Mac n Cheese. Best experience of my life!
