A perfectly decent Starbucks. Lots of space inside, though a bit dark. Tends to get a lot of high school students on weekdays starting around 2pm.
Don't seem to understand what hot coffee is. Always luke warm ?
Love this Starbucks everyone is friendly and even when they are slammed they make you feel like a valued customer

They took forever with my Spinach Wrap order and moved extremely slow I was waiting for about 20 minutes and everybody was getting their orders when I ordered before hand.
My order was ready when I got in the store. Parking was a problem that I had.
I literally ask them for 2 extra shots of espresso and they end up gave me 5 shots … literally too much for me…
Was pretty decent until all of the 50+ kids showed up. Especially outside in the parking lot, it was completely ridiculous. These kids were rude, loud, obnoxious to customers and staff. Also, it seemed as though the employees just didn't care because they don't want to have to deal with all these kids. There were kids only getting cups of water and then throwing them at each other outside in the parking lot. Seems to me, either Starbucks or whomever owns 2345 Murray Avenue parking lot and building need to deal with these kids and have them start being more polite and respectful. I am so disappointed in this visit to this location, I may not ever go to that Starbucks again and I know if I do ever go to this Starbucks again, it will not be at the same time as the high school being let out.
It's a good place it has good drinks there
My caramel ribbon crunch is usually terrific but today 9/23/21 it was bland with hardly any caramel or crunch (despite asking for extra). Not sure if employee was unfamiliar with this particular drink but it was horrible. Wish I was able to take it back.
