A nice neighborhood Starbucks. I wish they had drive through but what can you do. I normally do mobile orders here and have had a good experience each time. The team is friendly and efficient. They do a really good job. My only issue is not related to the Starbucks so much as the location. This parking lot is a nightmare. Every time I’ve come, I’ve witnessed near accidents. So this Starbucks is great, but enter the parking lot at your own risk.
This coffee shop has plenty of seating options for studying or reading or visiting someone; it's not a tiny Starbucks that you cram into. However, it is VERY busy in the mornings. We didn't realize they prioritized all mobile orders over in person orders, so we had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks even though there was only one other person in line with us. But, they were working hard to get all the orders out and our drinks were delicious!
I visited this establishment on 12/8/21 around 10 am. Upon walking in the place it smelled of old spoiled milk. The clerk at the register heard me say it smelled of spoiled milk, and I even repeated it to make sure he heard me but he just gave me a blank stare. Once I ordered, I waited for about 10 mins, keep in mind I was not in a rush by any means. As I watched the bistro clear out I noticed my name had not been called. As I approached the window there were mobile pick up signs but none stated in bistro pick up. So I asked the guy who was standing there if my name was called, and long behold my drink had been sitting there amongst the mobile pickups. No apologies, sorry for your wait, nothing but “here you go”. As I proceeded to leave the place, I noticed overflowing garbage can with trash on the floor. Really, this early in the day huh? Then to add insult to injury ? there was no whipped cream on my drink! I had told the guy who takes orders twice that I wanted whipped cream. Oh well, can’t have it all, but I won’t be returning to that nightmare of a store again ?❌❌❌
This is my second time at a Starbucks.Just never liked the iced coffee and that's all I drink. Well, this new sugar cookie drinks, I want one a day. HOT!!!!! Order it hot. So much more flavor and thicker. I had to put some in the fridge bc a large was too large. Even better the second day and cold. Still so so tasty.I did get the iced sugar cookie one to try. It's meh. I'd never order that version again.Service was amazing. So calm and relaxing in here. I had a great experience!Edit.I can't stop.The Caramel Brulée is amazing. My new favorite. Skim milk and 6 pumps of caramel goodness. I had nooooo idea you could customize it until I downloaded the app!!It's now an expensive habit. Hahaha!The woman with the pink hair, I love her! Perfect drinks everytime with her!!!
honestly it was so funny i have no issues here besides the wait time which i don’t mind. but i was sitting here doing homework and the workers were complaining about their google reviews saying how they should be so much higher because how amazing they are. however as i sat here they continued to berate customers on every little thing. i just thought it was funny and wanted to give my own review.
Rob is so vocal and positive every morning and this goes for the entire team of this location they don’t stop and always impresses me every time I walk in they work in order and they love what they do and you can tell god bless them !
I wish I could give this Starbucks more than 5 stars!! Every individual that works at this Starbucks is customer service oriented! I frequent this Starbucks on a weekly basis and I will tell you that I'm treated with the utmost courtesy, respect and kindness! So very happy thatthe Peach ? Green Tea with Lemonade is back!!! Thank you Starbucks but especiallyBanksville Starbucks!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Its good place to sit around and have your coffee. On weekends this place this little busy to getting place in parking is little heck but you still will find one..have a nice coffee sip mates
Order from here a lot and they’ve done a great job every time. Very friendly people as well. ?
