Went in for a hot chocolate there and it tasted terrible. When I complained about it they claimed it was premium. I said it was not sweet at all. The staff member suggested I was not sophisticated enough to enjoy it.The place is over priced and I have never walked into another Starbucks since. This is a hard avoid. It is the worst of the new south side.
Always a great atmosphere
Not crazy about this location for pickup. First time my drink was wrong, second time my drink wasn’t ready on time. Things happen but if I do mobile order, a person who walks in off of the street shouldn’t be getting their drinks made prior to mine if I’ve surpassed the “4-7” minute wait window. When I go in to pickup and have to wait for the drink to be made (bc you’re making drinks for ppl who walked in and the other baristas are talking to guests), it defeats the purpose of the mobile order process.
Love Starbucks but not for coffee. I love their teas and drinks. I also like their protein boxes, grilled cheese sandwich and baked goods.
I decided today start off new ..have not gotten Starbucks coffee since i was with my daughter it was new experience ..something to and think.Free space myself

The staff is so nice they are excellent at remembering your name even if you've been there for a few days always make my drink right and I mobile order so I hardly have to wait if so not very long
I ordered a hot decaf coffee waited damn near ten minutes for the coffee and it wasn’t busy I had two people waiting in from of me a they had a couple of calling orders and I received my COLD OLD decaf coffee which I toss in the trash because I was to far away to turn back to return that OLD coffee to the inconvenient location.that really sucked I won’t come back to this location
The first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season, and this year we went with Oat Mill instead of almond milk. 100% the best choice, and makes the beverage all that more comfy on the stomach for a treat each year for the fall season ?Starbucks also has the Apple Crisp Machiatto which was not the best with Oat Milk..
