This is a Starbucks in the Bad Place. The people working there do great. There is a bit of humor and they do make up their own drinks to sell. But it is in market square and this place is out of control. Outside the counter, the public run this place. It is a bit dirty with how much foot traffic this place gets. People will just hang there, sometimes picking fights with one another or threaten each other. Never really been bothered there, but the system just gets jammed up, always get treated like I don’t belong there, and people cut in line. Don’t change anything, since there are other options in town, and you do serve people that do like this place, it is always busy. I’ll just go to another Starbucks.
Okay, so there’s a wall by the mobile orders so people can’t just grab drinks - totally understand.But, I don’t think the staff has any grounds to be annoyed if everyone asks if their drinks are ready. We literally can’t see.
It is a really good environment it's cozy, they do let some underprivileged people sit in there from time to time but they don't bother.
The staff and crew there are always so polite and efficient love revisiting this place almost every other day

What can I say, it's Starbucks. Nice people, quick service, reason they got 3 stars is because of the price. But like i said its Starbucks.
Very happy and helpful staff preparing everything and nice to have seating options.Only nitpick is not staffed enough when I've been there to keep seating area clean during the day. By the evening on a busy day things are messy. Mainly due to disrespecting customers who leave their trash on the tables and floors but still someone should be cleaning and sweeping it up.
The team here is great, but this location is always hectic and over crowded due to its convenience - and the fact that the hours at other downtown Starbucks are odd right now. The team does a good job of managing it, but go to one of the other locations if you can for an easier visit.
With all of the Christmas traffic and people crowding into the store from the ice rink, the staff were happy and service was great! The delivered sandwiches coffee and dessert for 8 without a glitch!
