Horrible and disrespectful staff. Said “you need to order now or get out” when the website hours are wrong. It says it closes at 8pm when it’s actually 6pm. Also said mocking remarks like “good thing I didn’t clean up because of these people” Never coming back again because of the very rude staff. do your job. you’re getting paid. Make sure to add in your interviews a test to see if they’re respectful. because all staff failed.
My daughter has lessons near by so I stay here to spend my entire morning. People there are nice and friendly especially Andi. I ordered my unique chocolate almond milk shake espresso. There was an payment processing issue (figured out later). I felt warm, kindness and profession from Andi all the time! I will keep coming here. Not only my daughter’s lesson will continue but also the atmosphere, the people and the cleanness here.

This specific location suffers from it's poor placement as it's packed into a tight plaza, right up against McKnight Rd, with minimal room. So any time there is a line at the drive through, which is often, the place looks like a slow moving demolition derby. I know they lose at least a little business when people drive by and see the place swamped with cars because I've frequently driven right past when I originally was going to stop.
Drive thru always seems jammed but moves quickly! The drinks were wonderful and the service was perfect!
Great place to go to enjoy coffee and a sandwich with a friend. Great employees.

Very fast and efficient employees. All very kind and friendly. Got exactly what we ordered. I actually went inside to use the restroom(I didn't realize their dining area was open or were would of went inside). It was very clean.
