Internet was down and nobody told us then they lied about it and refused to reset the router or call for support. Normally I don't care but we both needed an internet connection since they internet was down at the house that whole week

This is the BEST Starbucks in the Pittsburgh area. The rest of the Starbucks locations should refer to this one as Mothership ! The best service, know-how, and barista skills.

Always very friendly and do well with custom orders (at least ordered through the app)

Ordered through the app and picked up from the drive thru. Super quick and fantastic customer service.

Great group of young girls, but definitely need to get there customer service skills up... Making eye contact is a big deal

I ordered the iced sugar cookie almond milk latte and it was probably the best one I've had yet!!!

The lady who waited on me helped me out a lot and was very nice. I was getting a coffee and a gift card for a friend's birthday and she helped me out because I don't drink coffee at all lol. 1st time ever being in a Starbucks and had a great experience...

this location is a drive thru. drinks made well and quickly. it is always packed

Drive thru - frappe's are amazing.:( We're out of cookies though.

*If you use the Starbucks app be aware, your drink is apparently LOWEST priority*Arrived at 2:46 to pick up my Starbucks app order that was estimated pickup at 2:46. Watched as many walk ins ordered and were served as I waited on drink to pop up.At 2:55 I asked the girl at the register if she could check and see why my drink still wasn’t up, and she told me, “We’re prioritizing walk-ins over mobile orders right now”. When I told her I ordered at 2:39, and walked in about ten minutes ago, for a drink scheduled for 2:46 approx, she rolled her eyes and told me it’s not her problem, she’s not on online orders, and that’s what they’re doing.3:05, still no drink, many walk-ins served ahead of me, I ask to speak to the Supervisor. Girl at register sighs, and says “sure, whatever I’ll get him”. Supervisor tries to give me the same “we’re prioritizing walk-ins, but I’ll make your drink personally”.Apparently, the Starbucks app is useless. I could have walked in, ordered, and been out in ten minutes as many other walk-ins were. This makes no sense. Turn off your Starbucks app ordering if you’re going to ignore app users. Another lady came in shortly after I spoke with the Supervisor, also very upset why her drink was over 15 minutes late.In the end, Supervisor hands me a passive aggressive, 2/3 full drink at 3:10, 30 minutes post placing order, no apology. No professionalism. This place is literally a “take what you get” Starbucks. If this wasn’t ordered by my wife on her phone app at home, I would have asked for a refund after the cashier popped an attitude honestly. For overpriced coffee, you literally don’t get what you pay for here.
