I did a mobile order and accidentally choose the wrong location. The Barista was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Standard Starbucks quality...not great coffee drinks and significantly overpriced. The person working the drive thru was friendly this trip.

Received a "Been There Series Mug" as a gift ? and wanted to exchange it from a Pennsylvania one to Pittsburgh.The employee never hesitated and did an even exchange.
This place was slammed the entire half hour I was there (I was meeting someone after a music lesson). They get a 5 star for handling everything so well with how busy it was. These workers never got to slow down with drive through orders, mobile orders, and in person orders. I got my order pretty quickly despite the crowd.
I know lots of people hate on Starbucks but I love it simply for the holiday drinks I said what I said lol
Drive thru was moving quickly, they got our order out right away the staff is very friendly. My wife drinks a lot of Starbucks so we frequent this one a lot and they always get the order made right.
