Don't order more than one drink from this Starbucks. That is far too complicated for them. Made one of my drinks and then made 10 other orders before making my second drink (both drinks were iced lattes, so should have been made at the same time.) Why would you only make half of the order??? If you arent going to make the whole order then just wait and do the LOGICAL thing and make the full order at once. I tried to say something but consistently got rude responses about how I needed to wait. I don't mind waiting but I want my order made all at once!! Also neither drink was even good, both weak.
This is a Starbucks in the Good Place. May not be as friendly as Market Square, but can be just as charming as a Starbucks can be. It is cramped in there, but at least it grew in size from its original opening. It is busy place but it’s size makes it streamlined. No room to display custom created drinks, but there is a little trivia board there.
The BEST Starbucks service in downtown Pittsburgh. The barista’s perfect your drink every time!

After a difficult experience at another local Starbucks my son and i decided to go to this location. There was an issue getting a reward coffee that showed up on my app but not on their end. Ahead of us were a group of difficult teenage girls and the barista stayed calm and collected the whole time with them. I know us being next wasn't helping the stress but he went above and beyond to solve our issue and stayed positive the whole time, even with us spilling a drink and making a mess in the process. This will be my first choice from now on when i go into town

Absolute worst iced caramel macchiato i ever had i'd give this 0 stars if possible it was literally just a cup of milk???????? If I wanted coffee this bad I would have just gone to Dunkin
