Lines are long most days and certain employees can be rude. Most times drinks taste correct and not weak, sometimes not so much.
They make great coffee .. enjoyed the snowy weekdays in that place
Everyday I order the same thing a Carmel Ribbon Crunch with extra Carmel drizzle and extra Carmel crunches with a warm cheese Danish. Everyday, the Danish is not warm because they make it to soon and let it sit 10 minutes while waiting for your drink and everyday there is never anything extra in my drink. I’m paying almost $7 for a drink that is never made correct. I understand there short staffed so I don’t ask for my drink to be made again. It’s not hard to read tho. I work in custom service also so didn’t even want to post this but telling corporate gets nothing accomplished either. Do better. Read what is suppose to be in the drink. Maybe tomorrow’s drink will be made correctly.
This Starbucks had the A team working this morning. I placed a large order and it was ready in a jiff.

I do not drink coffee but I go to this location for their tiny little veggie hummus lunchbox in the refrigerated section. It used to be around 5.00 plus tax and now its 8.00 plus tax. You have got to be kidding. Never again. I can not see this place staying in business if prices keep rising. Pitiful that I can not enjoy anything anymore in this overpriced world. Sad.
The people who have worked at this location have all been great over the last 20 years.

So busy, but so slow. I was in the drive thru line for at least 30 min with no opportunity to exit, which is by far the longest wait I've had at this location. More staff is needed at this location.
My favorite place for coffee. There is a lady who takes orders through the drive through that is so sweet and her radio voice is so calming. I smile everytime I come through the drive through and here her voice. She's a keeper Starbucks.
