Horrible experience!!! Wish I could give a negative star. To start our server did not feel the need to ever check on us after she brought our food. Had to leave the table and hunt someone down across restaurant to ask for more ranch since we got a tablespoon of it. People at the bar had to ask to be waited on. Menu said jumbo wings. We got seven tiny wings for 19.00. They were definitely not jumbo wings! Potato skins under cooked and minuscule! They were 16.00 if not more I forget . However did not eat them since they were awful. The waitress said wings are expensive when I remarked they were not jumbo wings . I said yes everything is expensive now however your menu is misleading if not incorrect. The bar and restaurant were empty gee wonder why. Just ate at Fiori’s in McMurray for much less money , great food . Would never recommend.

We were going to eat at another nearby restaurant, but menu was limited and servers were inattentive. Rather than wait, we walked over to Soho, where we were immediately greeted by the friendliest hostess. Promptly after we were seated, a very gracious and pleasant server came to our table. It was a striking difference in staffing and customer service! The food was delicious, too. Would definitely return, perhaps even tomorrow!!

This probably becomes a rowdy sports bar at times, being right on the Pirates'doorstep. However the food was excellent and so was the service. We shared a spinach and artichoke dip as a starter, followed by a NY strip as rare as I like them with roasted potatoes and broccoli, and a salmon steak with rice. Beer and a glass of malbec. Perfect fix on a rainy day and a stone throw to the Warhol Museum.

Our experience here was pretty average. Would rate as a 3.5 if I could. The food was good, service was good, it’s the right place for you if you’re wanting some standard American food! We came in earlier and left right when they were getting busier.A couple of comments from my group: the mushroom burger was a little on the greasy side, and the fish sandwich had too mush fish. Though you get your moneys worth! The appetizers we got were good, we ordered wings and the Buffalo cauliflower.

Our group decided to have an early dinner and happy hour at So Ho on Friday at 4 o’clock. We walked in and saw the happy hour sign and ask the hostess about it. She confirmed it. Once we were seated we asked our waiter about it and he confirmed the happy hour prices for the highlighted drinks on the bar menu. Upon receiving our bill, we saw full price for our drinks. We question our waiter and he had the manager come over. Manager, with both guns loaded, told us we were absolutely not allowed happy hour prices on game day. Being from out of town, we had no idea it was game day and why wasn’t the chalkboard changed? With no apology or compensation we left disappointed and dejected, never to go back there again!

After visiting the Warhol museum we decide to eat at the So Ho. We were a party of 4 and all from out of town. Upon entering the so ho the hostess said it was happy hour and certain drinks were half price. She walk us to our seats but not by the giant chalk board with menus. So when our waiter came by we asked him which drinks on the menu were the happy hour specials. He said the high lighted ones. So we all choose a high lighted drink and ordered appetizers. When we got our bill the drinks were full price. He called the manager over and he rudely proceeded to tell us that on game day the happy hour prices did not apply. He said it was stated on the black board that we never saw entering the restaurant and was NOT visible from our table. The waiter never told us that happy hour was not in effect during game days, no did the hostess who told us it was happy hour. We all felt that we were scammed and the employees were deceitful about the happy hour rules. He specifically knew we were out of town since he asked about the logos on our sweaters. We asked the manager to adjust the bar bill but he was vehement that it was our fault for not reading the chalk board which we had no vision or knowledge of. We asked him to comp an appetizer for the miss information by the staff and he laughed at us. He said the cash register could not handle the transaction . This was totally bogus. We were taken for a ride or scammed. NEVER GO THERE IF YOU ARE IN PITTSBURGH ATTENDING A BASEBALL GAME!!!!

The food, beer selection and staff was superb!

We took our toddler there for his first official dining experience. I loved that we could sit outside, so he could watch the cars pass and color with his crayons. Our waitress, Sierra, was very sweet and very helpful. And the food was delicious. We live about an hour from Pittsburgh, but on our next trip into the city, we’ll definitely check SoHo’s out again.

We had dinner here tonight and it was wonderful. We ordered the soft pretzels for the appetizer and they were so good that we ordered a second plate. I ordered the Greek turkey burger and it was the best burger I have ever had. We were also very impressed with our waitress. She was very friendly and attentive. Her name was Mara. Thank you for great food and service!!!

It was fast take-out and tasty food. They have some healthy options, but it was a bit pricey for the quality.
