We went to Pittsburgh on a Monday to do a low key birthday bar crawl. Sloppy Joe's was within walking distance from our airbnb so we walked there to have a few drinks while we waited for the rest of the crew to get into town. The bartender was very friendly and gave us some good info about what was open in the area. Drinks were good. We had a really nice, chill time there.
Honestly this place is great for those 26+. Good vibes without all of the Southside drama. I will say the one Big bouncer, his name is Bernie.. you can't miss him. He's sweaty and big. He is disgusting. When they say they're "full" just know he will still let 6 girls by themselves inside the bar but he won't allow a couple in. Sorry to break it to ya big Bernie but letting more girls in doesn't increase your chances of sleeping with them. But nice try.
Nice bar on Mount Washington.They have a great DJ on Friday and Saturday nights. Usually always packed on Friday and Saturday nights.Definitely worth a stop!

Been over there a few times now and I just kept getting treated like a regular ? people there just care . . Friendly staff and great blues .
